I have had these for about a year now and they have a VERY strong smell, almost like sherbet. I have seen all over the internet where tons of people have the same issue but foxpro has never said anything about it. Did yours have this smell?
Haha that's funny and yes, mine had the same smell. From what I've heard it is just a byproduct of the material tha t FOXPRO used for these flexible calls. Not harmful, but an odd smell for sure.
I have had great luck with all 3 calls in kentucky killing 9 yotes 4 foxes and 3 bobcats plus more called in 4k9 and tantrum are one of a kind they are all great the kamikaze does call in foxes lol
Sorry you feel that way. From my experience they make anything but junk and have backed their products 100% in every way. Not something you can say for many companies these days.
Are you biting down half way up the call or at all? It will sound like a duck call or deer grunt if you don’t put any pressure on the reed. The original tally ho call was actually a duck call until someone took the housing off and used it as an open reed.
I jump around with the pants depending on time of year. In this video I was wearing some Rustic Ridge pants I got at Sportsman's Warehouse. I also like the pants Kuhl puts out though.

Better sherbet than something else that starts with an "sh".
Didn’t have a reason to smell my call til now. Mine smells like sherbet too! 😂

Fox Pro is American and great customer service. Primos is junk.

Can you tell me what kind of retractable tether your using?
Jordan winmill I can't remember the brand but it was a bulk bag with 15 of them that I found on Amazon.
What hand call of any brand do you prefer and what electronic?
FOXPRO all the way! I've placed 2nd and 3rd the past two years in the AZ championships using the 4K9 and Shockwave.
