Sanford and Son is a poor companion. Fred Sanford sold old items , not trash.
It would seem the owner should have siblings or children who can help him?
thank you! the comparison was inaccurate and unnecessary
😂😂😂 I was just saying the same thing you took the words right out of my mouth friand😂😂😂
what was the reason to mention ‘sanford and son’? for one, their HOUSE didn’t look like a garbage dump. anything to attach bl ack people to something negative!! petty AF 🤬
Exactly! And he doesn't even realize his bias.
Hee hee
Not really you guys just want to be victims at every opportunity. You're the world's biggest victims, yet somehow the biggest perpetrators of violence at the same time. My sympathy has ran bone dry forever.
@@clarissamiles he realizes it. it’s just casual ra cism
It’s nothing a good fire can’t fix
Why did they wait so long ? Seriously, this should have been done a long longtime ago.
That person has mental issues for him to be like that he needs help and charge him for his nasty house
I seen this like two months ago and was appalled af…..
Clearly this man is not mentally well and doesn't need ridiculing but help. It doesn't seem that he has any family either or at least any that's close to him. I'm sure by now he has put up many walls but hopefully he can get the help he needs.
Yup mental health is tough because he probably knows it’s bad, but due to his illness he can’t get help. It’s a battle w/ his mind, hopefully, this leads to alittle push from the city to clean it up.
Gee,..i'm glad their stepping in early to nip it in the bud,.....ya know,..before it gets real bad
😂😂😂 it took so long because they have a high tolerance for filth !!!
There must be rat infestations; I've never seen anything as bad as this.
Person needs help, so help them
How should we even help? The trash is private property. 😂
You pay for it!!!
A legal step that might be necessary to provide meaningful assistance to a person afflicted with hoarding disorder is the establishment of what is known as a guardianship and conservatorship. A guardianship and conservatorship are established when an individual is incapable of taking care of basic affairs of daily living. In some instances, a person with hoarding disorder that has developed to an extreme state very well may be an ideal subject for a guardianship and conservatorship.
I can’t believe that I grew up in LA as a kid and now I see stuff like this. Glad I got out in the early 80’s. 😢
Idk what “Sanford & Son” is but what I’m more confused is why ppl are mad about it
It's was a show about a "junk dealer" and his son. It was a messy yard but not filth. The show was from the 70s
This man does not care about his home. He should not be allowed to live in that home if he can't Even clean up after himself. It's despicable...
Take the house
They will. We had one 2 doors down from me that was no where near like this, a lot of drug addicts in and out and a lot of calls to the police. They finally had enough and declared it a Hazmat and came in with a Ram and broke in and kicked everyone including the tenant out and boarded it up, said they could not not return ever. It sat empty for 5 or so years before being bought at a sheriff's auction and rehabbed, it just sold for $200,000.00. Anna In Ohio
Reason the neighbors wasn't reporting issue cuz they want to take the home
Neighbors have to smell that!
this is Hoarding disorder is an ongoing difficulty throwing away or parting with possessions because you believe that you need to save them. You may experience distress at the thought of getting rid of the items.
Good grief thats sickening.
My god the houses there cost around $2-3M. I bet this guy is doing this because he’s sick and tired of mansions around him
After they clean it up, the house will still sell for 4.5 million.
4.9 as is.
I think this may be his way of protesting his neighbors as his house doesn't look like what's on either side of him.
Trashy house?! Hell, the entire state!
Satellite imagery on google maps from a year ago shows the backyard full of trash. Another reason to hate this city.
Why they not looking in his windows they know its trash in that house aswell
So anytime I read people "trashing" HOAs online, I think of this video and my clean/tidy complex here in Vegas. Of course, there are shitty and corrupt HOAs, but for the most part I like being part of one
Maybe this homeowner is trying to send a message to his neighbor who build multi-million dollar house next door
Real interesting...
??? Our town don't play those games.
No doubt most states wouldn't allow this.
Rich people can fix unsightly places. They can take his stuff and charge him for the service. Why can't we do the same with the sidewalk campers? I keep hearing that you can't touch their stuff because it is private property. It is good to see the mayor get right on it. Now go get on the ones camped all over the city.
SMH
Seriously dude?
"Trash" home? I thought LA was supposed to be this beacon of progressive values? We should be using the politically correct term "unwanted refuse". As in, "the unhoused persons of Los Angeles generate a lot of unwanted refuse". Do better.
Well, we have a saying here in Texas, don't mess with Texas. We don't have all that I don't understand where the health department. I had gutters on my custom home that had a few leaves. And the health department came out over a few leaves in my gutter. So how the hell does this happen? Don't bring that crap to texas cause it won't happen😂😮😮😮😮
An eye 👁️ sore 🤣 America 🇺🇸
Umm 🤔 I’m thinking rats?
The City Deemed the Situation a "an Imminet health and safety hazard to Karen Bass Political Future" and thus the city was forced to act. So LA has added 2 more tourist locations, the trash house, and the graffiti towers! 😜😜
Simpsons did it
Democrat Utopia
These people are called "Hoarders". They have gone through something in their lives that caused a break from reality and they need help. They dont need to be vilified. They do this as a part of their psychosis and need the understanding of their neighbors and for them to help
Snobs for neighbors. It would be more logical to look into mental health intervention for the hoarding instead of snickering and pointing at how his illness is interrupting their lives.
