Everytime I get goosebumps, I read Ayatul Qursi, Surah Nas and Sura Falaq. And the fear vanishes. But if I read it half-heartedly, it decreases in extremity. So, sincerely read those holy ayah if you get goosebumps. May Allah protect us. Ameen.

@strawcherrybby I just watched it. The black magic part was really just in the beginning of the movie that was like 2 mins. There is literally no other mention of black magic. They do recite suras, but that's nothing to be afraid of.
