This is the second of your videos I have followed to make my own wall hanging. I used 4mm cord instead. It turned out beautiful. Your directions are clear and easy to follow. I appreciate that you really show what your hands are doing for each knot you explain. Thank you so much for posting!
I saw on Instagram! It looks great! I love when people re-create the pieces with different colors, it's very exciting to see all the different options 😊
I love love love this pattern and the colors are absolutely stunning. Thank you for shareing your knowledge im so happy I found your channel and look forward to being part of your patrion group..blessings from oregon...
The green and white/cream is just beautiful. I made my first and second macrame now,I ran out of rope as well, I could not figure out how to add rope like you did, so I just super glued it, It worked very well. You should try it, and make a video, just have each end taped, drop super glue on each end hold together for just a few seconds. And no ends. Also very strong, my husband tried to pull it apart it would not. 😆 when glue is bonding it will get hot. Please try it, for beginners like me .thank you. BK.
Oh yes, running out of rope is such a common and annoying thing that happens with macrame. I definitely have it on my list to do a video about how to overcome this challenge. I haven't tried the hot glue gun for this yet even though that tool is my best friend in macrame 😁 Thanks for the tip!
Hi Anna, I made this piece which I really enjoyed and I am happy with how it turned out thanks to your instructions :) However, I wonder if you have any idea how I can stop the single-strand natural cord from twisting again after I have brushed it out.
Hi Julia, that's great to hear! The fringe is always a bit difficult, the shorter it is the more likely it will stay straight. There are a few tips for this out there but honestly I haven't found one that would work well for me so I can't really share anything. I have made my piece with the fact that the fringe will twist and that's the way it is...
Love it! DI might try making this but I only have the 5mm cord (green) in braided and the other colour (white) in 3mm. do you have any tips on making this work?
Hmmm, I am not sure if the two sizes will work together on that braid in the middle…I guess the workaround would be that you choose only one of the colors and do the braid only in that one instead of combining the two.
You mean the gathering knot from that white cord? It's really not that difficult and you can easily practice this somewhere on the size with other cords 😉
I’m very interested to know how the Birch branch lasted because I’ve got a larger birch branch with the white skin still on it and I wanna know if it’s gonna stay like that or should I spray it with some varnish before I start my project?

@@annabaginova01 Thanks Anna, I will just have to do the same and make my peace with it :)

This is so pretty; I’m not confident in the part when you joined the 2 banners😬

love it. Can it be made with 3mm cord?
It definitely can but keep in mind that the final piece will be a bit smaller..

Well I did this one a little more than a year ago and it looks the same so far…I haven’t used any varnish on it.
Por favor! Coloca legendas em português Brasil nos seus vídeos? Parabéns pelo seu trabalho!!! 🇧🇷🌺
Thank you for all the comments Lucinda, I will definitely consider the subtitles 😌
How do you figure out which cords need to be longer?
It depends on the knots - some of them take up more length and some less...
Can you tell me the length of the branch please
This one was 80 cm long, you can usually find this information in the descriptions of my videos 😉
