I made it today ☺️. Thank you so much for the recipe....One mistake that I did was ,I kept it for more than 50min that led to burning of masala....plz keep an eye on your steam roast bcz the masala is extremely 😋.God bless you with good health and protect you from evil eyes...

I really like your receipt but I'm Iranian I don't know your language can you write in English thanks
6 chicken pieces... cut it... dilute pinch of yellow food color and apply on chicken...set aside.... peprika powder ... cumin seeds powder.... turmeric powder... red powder....and mix spices powder 1 tea spoon each ... mix in yougurt...add 1 spoon vinegar mix well...apply this thick batter on chicken pieces ... set aside 1 to 2 hours for marination... take 1 pan add 1 spoon oil ... add chicken piences... place on low flame ... place put a flat pan under that chicken pand and ... cover it cook 40 minutes ...change side of chicken pieces let on flame for other 30 minutes with covered lid... now cook without placing lid on medium flame both sides...dish out
