    In this time your suggestions are no rice,wheat and sugar... Easy to control rice but I can't control wheat ? Can u please give options for that?

      Sister.. Pls take millet rice for meals.. and Ragi/oats/sprouts salad/veg salad for other meals.. Pls avoid wheat Sis.. it's more or less equal to rice only.. After loosing some weight, you can add it back slowly..

    I am recently seeing your videos and planned to follow your weight loss plan . Yesterday I tried millet rice.. But that's too watery.. How u guys are preparing ?? Pls let me know

      Is it dear.. but most of that workouts am already doing Sis.. na romba naala pandra workouts adhu ellamae.. Chinna Chinna variations dhan pudhusa irundhuchu.. adhan try panna poran Sis.. Try panni paapom.. na pannitu solran..epdi varudhu nu paapom.. Thanks a lot for your feedback sister..😍😍😍❣🥰❣🥰🥰
