In this time your suggestions are no rice,wheat and sugar... Easy to control rice but I can't control wheat ? Can u please give options for that?
Sister.. Pls take millet rice for meals.. and Ragi/oats/sprouts salad/veg salad for other meals.. Pls avoid wheat Sis.. it's more or less equal to rice only.. After loosing some weight, you can add it back slowly..
