Last part of the video is so true. Most people wont watch a 20 mins uncut video on self improvement but they absolutely will watch an edited 5 mins version and through that they will eventually learn and want to watch longer videos. Yeah, it's insane how good these vids are
Like the moment I meet someone and they give a weak handshake or .5 seconds eye contact like that's getting too common 🙄 in my peer group
And the rare ones (mostly the guys at the gym )that actually hold eye contact 👀

This video was really beneficial, I personally never thought of this being a pro to going through the self improvement journey. With regards to the choices made about the channel, I think the current system works but there should be a more active funnel system into longer videos/the discord.
Once you have hooked the "spergs" we really need to push them into something mindset changing which I think can only happen in a longer video. Maybe link a more developed video in the cards of every vid, or shoutout the discord/unfiltered channel regularly? I think doing these things will take the people into more deep thoughts ect

ALL. until i realied that they were affecting me psychologically and my confidence was gone. i legit stopped studying cause of how he says you don;t need university and shit. i was just trying to build muscle and get girls, until it hit me that his advise isnt for everyone. he's just constantly repeating the same thing so that his views validate him that he's doing the right thing. he just flat out rejects all professions, doctor? shut up bro. i'm a medical student in asia and i though he was advising me so i started to think that this youtuber makes more money in a day than i will do in a month, i'm a 21 year old, things like that mess you up. he's just a content creator who can't spell things and has a low IQ which you''ll understand when you hear his views on university and grades and how he forgets things mid sentence. things just worked out in his favour. that's all.
hamza just makes himself feel good using these videos. whatever HE'S doing is the "Adonis Trope" don't you see it? He's not challenging the status quo or some shit. he's a self proclaimed cult leader. he's what a 12 year old considers idea of success. Money is important yes. But living at home, working out, having an inconsistent income will just make you an incel, a buffed up one. but still an incel. He literally says shut the fuck up 50 times to a screen 😂 he's putting YOU down and lowering your self esteem just to make himself feel good . cause, let's be real, he always had low self esteem. doesn't seem he has close friends, doesn't have a relationship, lives with his parents, wears the same dress in every video, and slutshames girls who sleep with him. earlier he used to say how gyms con you butnow he is a member of a gold gym. he's not really self improving or shit, check out his clip on reading books, he isn't reading, just acting. hamza is a broken man, flawed but the problem is he's virtue signalling. there was a really good article on him by some psychologist. the thing is, he just needs therapy. you know that but you'll not admit cause he's good at manipulating. damn good. well, he's a fucking cult leader after all. let's pray he gets well soon.

As a Man Thinketh by James Allen is an amazing book, I'm sure Hamza has already read it, but any dudes my age should really pick it up.(or listen to an audiobook)

I personally think a second channel like this was the perfect plan as we all want your channel to grow, this as you said allows that to happen and plus its more content so yeah no complaints from me

Im about 8 months into my own self improvement journey. I started very late, and I stil have immense work to do. Still gotta move out of my dads, still need to find a suitable long term career, and I still need to do some more work in the gym. However, my body has completely changed, so has my face, and ive gained a huge amount of confidence. Girls are staring at me, men are giving me a wider berth. What you say is pretty on point. Its really about the energy and vibe that you carry around with you.

Yooo you saying that about the algorithm just inspired me to post a video I made yesterday about artist pretending they don't care about people listening to their music. It's annoying as hell they think it's selling out investing in your career.

Personally I came across your channel when I looked up neck training on UA-cam, then shortly after your body training video blew up, I really dig your longer videos that's why I haven't watched any of your short vids nor do they interest me, these longer videos on the other hand I love em

You seem so in the present man even talking about past experiences you just give good energy your videos are the reason I get out bed and try more. I moved from sleeping on the couch to my bed and taking deep breaths before I fall asleep instead of watching UA-cam. I stopped fapping aswell. I know it’s pretty small but it’s a step in the right direction that I want to keep going toward. I reclaimed my anger aswell and I’ve gained respect from people which is the weirdest thing.

I have recently started making content here on youtube and i have noticed the short punchier content always does better. It's interesting to see this sort content to do as well as it does but I love it. There is much more value involved in this type of content but it is difficult to create/do content like this in other niches. It seems like you've stumbled apon a hidden gem with this channel. Love the vids!

Hey hope your journey in self improvement is going well, I’ve got a question on visualization, how do I know if I’m doing it correctly and how am I I supposed to actually do it? Would really appreciate any info on it. Have a good one! Also thanks to all of this little community for all the support toward each other

Ngl, I think I stumbled upon this channel first, first channel was alright but this shit resonates way more with me, I've been off and off self improvement for the last 2 years or so. But I feel like I've only just unlocked the proper mindset for it since I've been watching a few of these videos. I'm already getting decently big, still a long way to go but I nearly feel as if I shouldnt be this big lmaoo and I've got some really fuckin good complements recently. Shits going good, we're all gonna make it

that was very good, well said, i understood everything. ive experience the same thing, but rarely. at my work i work with Council men, EX tradies, 40 to 60 year old men at my Council, tuff as. and over the past 4 years ive learned so much and gain respect. the way i speak has changed, its alot tuffer, wittier, smarter but also im more expressive without giving a fuck. im 30 now from Adelaide Australia.

well guess i agree with u
for keeping the main channel to get people onto self improvement
i think that a great thing
but in the other channel's new type of videos i feel the emotional connection is not there
like seeing hamza unfiltered if feel like your in person with me and your talking to me
so it feel like I know you personally but we never met

I started to notice stuff like this too, I’ve really often been told I’m intimidating (I’m kinda tall for my age and people are weird) but now lots of people starts conversation with me, especially girls which used to be rare, whereas before I started self improvement I could go a day without talking to someone that wasn’t my friend. Maybe I became more outgoing too but it feels so good to actually attract people
