@@MrAvakstone92 Fate Grand Carnival is like a sequel to the original Fate comedy spinoff ova Carnival Phantasm that made the Lancer Ga Shinda joke. So they just continued the skit. The joke never existed on other Fate series, mainly because it' is contradicting to Cu's lore and skills. Almost all the servant in the original VN died as many times as Cu anyway so it seems Typemoon did not adopt the meme to the character no matter how popular it is to the fanbase.
