the same controls? are you sure? u use Q to run too? my control is weird, just use what u find the most comfortable. progression guide as in story iceborne progression? hmmm i don't think i will make that anytime soon.

Man u are insane I would ask you if slugger is worth for hunting horn or nah cause im seeing a lot of builds w 1 diablos technique on safi weapon 2 pieces of diablos armor to get slugger lv 5 and 3 pieces of the armor of safi or raging brachidium.
I don't think so, if you sacrife like an awakened slot just for that. If i have 1 lv 2 free slot i'll put slugger just to help a little bit with KO. i don't really play a lot of multi player so maybe you can try slugger secret and see for yourself if maybe 1 extra ko is worth, that's my suggestion.

Would it be possible to get Fortify 2 and heroics in one run
for this quest? it's very possible with the help of ruiner, but it's waste of time. fortify will shine in longer hunt like behemoth / ancient leshen. (no you don't want to try both with heroic)

Hey you mind telling me your keybinds, just moved to pc and trying to re learn hh. How do I do the little poke on pc
my keybind is really weird, for example i use Q to run haha. little poke? maybe hilt stab? after any atk press S + any note imput (left click / right click / both)
well, I used HH with divine blessing 3+bleeding resistance 3, and still got beaten into pulp
i just really love nergi man haha, you'll get comfortable time to time. try staying in front of him always.

@@reiser7653 what are you doing lol, always go for the head. you'll get used to it's attack. strafe a little to the right or left hi chance nerg will use one of his new move like arm drag, quick slap into spike burst etc.

Kinda off topic here. So I understand about the effects of Evade Window Up, but can't say the same with Speed Boost. What does it do exactly? Does your character run faster? Or do you attack faster?
yes, with the bubble you move faster when weapon is drawn. affect only for you and other hh user. not attk speed

The bubbles work for other people as well, they just have to walk through them.

Been watching speedruns of nerg why do heavy weapons still hit the monster 3 times when using clutch claw even though you can wound the monster with 1 attack?

triple slap at the beginning? i slap it from nerg left side to avoid it facing the ledge and don't plan to break the claw spike. run with gs/sns slap nerg from right side and break the claw spike

Thanks :), yep it's far better, dragon / thunder or any ele is less effective if the the ele hitzone is lower than 20, even in the 20 ele hzv still prefer the blast if it's at least 2 star. you can check in site like mhworld.kiranico.com/monsters/oAnim/ruiner-nergigante, in this case nerg also weak to blast

What melody would you prefer to non speedrunning build?
Currently playing with attack melody 3 :)
Just happen to check my phone, Atk melody 1 is my favourite, but i mostly do solo play, any atk melody works, atk 4 is more preferable to maintain the atk song and maybe knockback negated if anyone forget to bring flinch free.

the same effect as felyne moxie, keeps you at 1 HP if get hit by a one move that should've killed you.
