On mnk all he does is bind scroll wheel to Forward which is literally in-game option but if even you take aside tap-strafing all he does is RAS strafe, fatigue jumps, bunnyhopping, superglides and wall bounces none of them even require tap-strafe or external help, its completely organic gameplay.
