It also makes sense lore-wise that he wins these fights, he was the next closest to taking the elden throne aside from the player character (and Godfrey's last-minute appearance)
I think Bernahl was actually in the middle of the fight almost every time. The more people his AOE hits. The more he heals and his health pool is massive. He's also wearing great armor on top of being hard to stagger and has an incredibly powerful weapon. He's pretty much a demi god at that point.
@@captaindonut5240 nah, Vyke's invasion happens way back in Liurnia. Unless you're thinking of roundtable Vyke, but that's an evergaol fight in the mountaintops of the giants

Incredibly tanky armor, weapon art that heals you by taking your enemies hp over a designated AoE, and the fact that it's implied he was either as close to becoming Elden Lord as Vyke was or arguably closer given he seems to have made it to the point he needed to set the erdtree on fire, meanwhile Vyke went into the sewers to find the three fingers to circumvent his maiden doing what Bernahl's did and failing. Willie has the best priority for large terrain, and Bernie has the best AOE in a battle royale style, as it can absorb health from enemies who are aggressed toward other characters in a tight area. Glad to see the underdog Willie take a couple wins from him.

Man I got so excited when Juno killed Bernahl, not just because Bernahl's streak was broken, but also just how cool is it to have Juno Hoslow of all people to be the one to take down the guy wielding the very symbol of the recusants, good storytelling right there
Rogier made it far in most fights and even won the first one, he should be proud of himself. Also, it's a shame that Juno couldn't take a W for himself, he got second place in at least 2 fights.
Man, Alberich surprised me the most in these match ups. Didn't survive any of them but still respectable damage to everyone he took on. Thought he might have had a chance in the final round but he got waterchicken'd.
I don't think I've ever rooted as hard for the winner one of these videos as I did for Rogier here. My man Rogier for once not being handed an L by life.

was rooting for my boy Rogier every round. think in that last round he coulda done it fi Vare hadn't snuck up behind him and got the lucky stun lock. all around he did good
The top 3 are exactly who I'd expected. Rogier has one of the absolute best Ashes of War in the game for feinting, pressuring, and staggering opponents safely. I'd figured he'd be near the top with his Ash having a slight edge on Juno Hoslow's Bloodhound Step and whips. Unsurprisingly, those two were almost always in the final groups. Recusant Bernharl has an _insane_ HP sustain advantage when there are multiple opponents, so in a huge fight like this, I always expected him to be around past most, as well as clearing out a large chunk of the opponents. However, that's when he'll start to fall a bit short if he doesn't have a big HP advantage going into the end, as his combat skills are very basic. Meanwhile, Wilhelm uses Assassin Sorcery - _which enemy NPCs can't input read to dodge._ He is by FAR the biggest threat, and deserves the top spot. Unless Wilhelm get stuck being aggressively pressured and can't gain any space to attack, I can't think of a single NPC who has that large of an advantage in this type of duel.
You should do a March Madness style bracket and make them face each other one on one until the top two are narrowed down. All equally scaled of course. Great videos! Always fun to watch.
Bernahl is the strongest invader on regular settings Willy is strong *expressly* against other invaders because he has some shadow cast spells which NPC's are deliberately made to not acknowledge/dodge

I honestly didn't expect Anastasia to do this good. Whenever she invaded me, she always felt like a pushover. Guess her weapon restoring health with every hit really made a difference in a free for all. Expected my man Vyke to do much better though.
Well the Regen is like, 1% per hit, so while it helps i think it might be that she's one of the Last invaders you can find (Consecrated Snowfield)
Willie has the best priority for large terrain, and Bernie has the best AOE in a battle royale style, as it can absorb health from enemies who are aggressed toward other characters in a tight area. Glad to see the underdog Willie take a couple wins from him.
Bernie :)
I'd loooove to see a tournament bracket between these invaders. While it would be super long for a single video, it'd be fun to see them duke it out in 1vs1s.

Bernahl bonking Anastasia out of the air was great!
Thanks for the amazing content and hard work! Really wish we could see the caelid bell bearing hunter in this as well, i'm sure he would've been a tough out
Ng i feel like the conversation during the fights would be something like this
Your dare use my own spells against me potter and dodge this your filthy cascual
Would’ve loved to see how Sir Gideon Ofnir stacks up against these guys. Wouldn’t be too big of a stretch to say he’s an invader considering how he ambushes you in the endgame.
Rogier ma man is the real thing when not crippled to a chair.
Wilhelm and varre surprised me. Defineatly did not expect those two to last as long as fhey did especially varre with its weak weapon
Good on Juno for finally taking out Bernahl, that HP absorb spamming foo!
Devourer’s Scepter is built for these kinds of moshes
Vyke using the madness spell and getting every NPC there to aggro him in the first scaled round was hilarious
I can see the Bloody crow taking all of these dudes down.
"Two bullets are enough"
- Bloody Crow of Cainhurst.
Millicent is the hardest in game because you fight her in the middle of the swamp
I don't think I've ever rooted as hard for the winner one of these videos as I did for Rogier here. My man Rogier for once not being handed an L by life.
11:20 dude kills too people with those stars
That part at 10:50 was totally epic. The soundtrack fits the battle! 🔥
She doesn't get much love, but I actually liked seeing Anastasia make it to the finals in debate parlor round 1. She scared me the first time she invaded me in Caelid. Plus being named "The Tarnished Eater" is badass.
I just picked the giant hammer guy and cheered him on. Damnit he did his best.
was rooting for my boy Rogier every round. think in that last round he coulda done it fi Vare hadn't snuck up behind him and got the lucky stun lock. all around he did good
Millicent and Willy teaming up to fight Bernahl in the last round was epic as hell.
I absolutely love this video
You should do a March Madness style bracket and make them face each other one on one until the top two are narrowed down. All equally scaled of course. Great videos! Always fun to watch.
This has been probably one of my favorite battle royals with all the powers and smaller people running about.
Bernahl is the strongest invader on regular settings
Willy is strong *expressly* against other invaders because he has some shadow cast spells which NPC's are deliberately made to not acknowledge/dodge
I feel like Bernahl winning is canon.
Jerren is easily the best invader just because he is the one who started the Radahn Festival (i believe), and he has that damn badass beard XD
Don’t forget his badass trousers too.
Bernahl will always be me dude for being my saving grace against godskin duo. Love u buddy
OFC Bernahl heals health with his AOW and then he got the best buff.. Strong W. But Juno Hoslow is really surprising. He was almost always in the top 5
Hoslow was a beast for me to take down. I was rooting for him here.
5:20 dat woofer pup just sitting in the background like a good boi
Summary: bernhal
Indeed.
i love my casters by far one of the best elden ring vids i saw
