Not just that there is little detail he left out to show why Naruto was holding back. He has the four jutsu that lets him amp his body like kaioken in dragon that same move help him fight kaguya on equal footing for a time. And sasuke could not even damage her without Naruto help. That why I say Naruto was holding back he didn’t use any of his rasagans with special properties like his sealing one. He gave Naruto all of Boruto's wind jutsus and other techniques to show that Jiraiya trained him. He gave Sakura serious genjustu powers and plus the story he made is really engaging. Your just a Sasuke hater that's why you are so annoyed Sasuke got buffed. Remember that even in canon Sasuke was supposed to win that fight when they first meet him in Orochimaru's lair.
