This is actually really helpful. I got myself my first straight razor when I was 16 and no one was there to teach me but I wanted a crispy beard. I had pimples and until I learned to actually use it I cut myself way too many times. It's nice to see that you're educating people with videos! I wish you've made this video 3 years ago😂 you're one of my inspirations to became a barber!

I’m glad it helped you out bro! I know same here I had to learn on myself. Same lol I cut or irritated my skin so many times. I still do! Lol I wanna do my best to educate and give back value to people. My bad bro 😂 thank you bro that means so much! Do it if you want bro! 🙏🏼💯

This is by far the most helpful video I’ve found. The 5 minute mark info is something nobody else has done with their videos. I’ve been thinking of jumping into the straight razor shave to shape my beard and this video is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Great job!

One thing I've learned from using this on my beard is you don't need to use a lot of pressure when using it. When you use light smooth strokes with it I noticed it works magic, well for me at least lol. I recommend a good clear shaving gel to work good.

Interesting thing to consider i just found out, if you get a spray tan and use a straight razer it microplanes the skin and removes the tan. Resulting in extra crispy lines.

Instead of straight razor I use very cheap double edge safety razor, which I modified by removing safety combs so I got blade fully exposed. For me it is a way safer than straight razor and more versatile too, I can easily shave all the hard to reach spots on my neck and it is also a time saver. I use straight razor occationaly, when I have extra free time to play with. Great video by the way 👍
