Awesome tutorial
I've been having problem creating an automation, basically what it does is take information from a chatbot, specifically an appointment setting chatbot, and checks whether the time is already taken by someone else or not. If the appointment is booked by someone else , it sends back the times around the selected time and if the slot is free and they are booked they receive an email and text message
I know how to do the successful part but I'm stuck in the part when the automation has to send back the time request

Could you please provide more clarification on the issue you are facing? Essentially, does it work when someone requests a time slot and it's available, but not when it's not available?

@@webcafeai So basically how it works is that the appointment request comes from the chatbot and then goes through the automation which searches the appointment schedule which is probably in google sheets and if that time is already booked it returns the request back to the chatbot while recommending the closest time near to their selected time.
If the time is not booked a new google sheet entry is entered and the request is then passed to the CRM

Hey! I was requested by one of my subscribers to demonstrate how to automatically upload product data from Google Sheets. In their context, they had real data and relevant images in their Google Sheets. So, if a physical store has an entire catalog in a Google Sheet, they can now automatically upload it to Shopify and have AI provide the best titles and descriptions, etc. I demonstrated how to complete this process.
