Hello Ryan I need help with dribbling (which is minor) but the main thing I need to see is how to consistently shoot jumpers, and pull ups. (left handed , dont know if that matters). Also I need to see how to shoot in tricky situations but get out with out traveling.
I don't know if it works the same way for lefties, but I find a left footed jab step (right handed player who likes to drive left), is much more effective for me against a good defender, despite my right jab step being stronger and more fluid.

You should use your height to your advantage when dribbling, low crossovers and between the legs etc cause you can be much more pacey and quick than taller defense also use step-backs and side steps when shooting to create space making it harder for tall players to block your shots, hook, outside, up and under and reverse layups is what you should work on as defenders cant block them
@@FaaidGani THANKS! T^T I was thinking I could leave the lay-ups and rebounding to the taller people. And only go for a lay-up when I'm open. I could practice my shooting and assisting. If I'm fast, they wouldn't be able to keep up, so I can create more space.
Hi, I am a high school student in India, I am 6'5/198cm, left-handed, I have been in sport since I was 10 years old and have some sort of experience with official games. I am mostly the person who plays in the paint (attempt of either scoring, passing if required or atleast getting a foul) because getting the ball in the paint is not an issue with the height I have and my ball handling is also decent but my shooting has been lacking recently especially free-shoots and 3 pointers. I can't figure out what i am doing wrong. I could use your help? Also i am looking forward to improving my defense, I can reach the ball but i am unable to land a successful tap/block. I could use some advice on that too. Any other tips would be appreciated too since i haven't had a coach for quite a while. Thank you.
i’m maybe a bit late, but shooting midrange or free throw is all about form and finesse, remember to flick your wrist and bring your elbow up almost horizontal with your wrist. I wouldn’t go for three pointers with your height, but if you do all you need is more shooting power with good form
