I've been thinking of using perspex sheets as a double glazing. I bit like the plastic but the perspex could be bolted on so it can be removed to clean the window. I would use the window foam gap around the edger. I have mostly wood windows, so it would be easier.
On Alimuniun windows I think I would drill a small hole and then tap in so I could screw I thread in and epoxi that into place.
Or use a dremel to create a few very small holes/notches (like an undercut) just for the epoxy to grip into and then attaching the flat head bolts,
Kind of like how these epoxy tests were done in the youtube video titled. "The Ultimate Epoxy Competition--Which Epoxy is the Best?"
I would also like to try to add the Silica gel desiccant gels. Described in Big Clives youtube video called "Silica gel desiccant showdown - normal versus crystal cat litter"
NZ building standards sure need to move on from the single glazing system.
    Thanks for your inspiring video.
