    I used a mixture of your method and smoke trails on my masterbuilt electric smoker and made the best brisket so far to date. Your overnight method made a world of difference. Thank you

    Ok, so I'm not sure why you guys don't have more views and subscribers? something isn't right. You have good content , great production and good Cali food , Cali vibe and cocktails. There are many , many garbage channels on youtube that have more support for zero reason. I constantly search and subscribe to BBQ and cooking in general and this is the first vid of yours I have come across. maybe you guys can reach out to some kind of consultant about youtube promotion ? Or maybe you crossed the wrong person, heck I don't know but it makes no sense. Thanks for taking the time to post. Hopefully you can come up with a better promotion strategy. Not to be a bummer, I'm sure you are trying but shit man .......

    Your wrapping needs some work. The apple pie looks delicious!

      When you're rushing to get done, sometimes the wrap comes out sloppy. Thanks though!

    What type smoker are you using. Looks like a good smoke output from it. Have you done any videos on the smoker you use?

    What was the total cook time

    • @Grillslingers
      @Grillslingers  Рік тому

      If memory serves me correctly, I believe we finished at about 17hrs. Long cook but hands on time was only about 1hr total

      For the overnight portion of the cook, we're essentially just trying to get to the stall and hold, that way in the morning it can be pushed through quickly
