I dont know if the same drummer is still doing music but findcsome old videos from the mid to late 80s. The guy had the most beautiful turquoise drum set ive ever seen. They went nearly all the way around him. Tripple stacked tom toms. Double kick drums and the man hit everything he had. My dads band was playing with them and Johnny Rodriguez then. This guy made Phil Collins look like an ammature. No thats not true but he was incredible.

This guy is legitimately the best drummer visually. I mean you can take all kinds of great drummers like Buddy Rich, Keith Moon, Neil Peart, Gene Hoglan, Bobby Jarzombek. But they all have something in common as far as they're own style, and amazing technicality. This guy is twirling sticks like a maximum level 9,001 factory fan. And not even the great drummers that I listed could come close to that department.
Steve Moore is a fantastic drummer. Makes it look so easy. But the other guys in the band are fantastic at playing their instruments also. Great video.

There is something people miss in seeing this drummer, is that he play the drums from his heart and feeling every beat...but take time to listen to how the lead guitarist gave him that feeling as well.. great lead guitarist secret..fantastic

In all honesty this is kind of fucking sad. When speaking in terms of now a days the man was simply born ahead of his time. Had he been born 40 or 50 years ago every major band would have wanted him in their show. I'm talking bands like Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Guns and Roses even. He would have probably reinvented the style of showmanship in which drums in rock and roll were played. Possibly even causing an even crazier style of showmanship to be invented by someone else once the really heavy sub genres of metal started showing up in the late 90s. I still think the man has a great talent and potential though and it would be a shame if it didn't get recognized or used somewhere. He reminds me of a Ludwig Van Beethoven if he were ever to only operate on drums. I sure as hell hope he keeps playing and performing though because all I can see is pure talent and compassion for the drums in that man.
