Hey beautiful soul, such a superb selection, many of my favourites, thank you for all the effort you put in, and the wonderful feelings your mixes give to us, forever grateful :)
Just a heads up, the first track has autocorrected to 'been morning', from 'Baleen Morning'. Love ya, Can ❥
Hi, I might be mistaken but it seems your Spotify account only has three playlists on it. I love these so much and want to listen a lot more often but only can when I'm near a charger or not using my phone for anything else. If I'm missing something please let me know, love your work putting these together!
Great playlist. Can I ask the name of the painting? Anyone knows?
@@matteotorre8513 Hi! Can, replied in another comment that this artwork was created by Midjourney AI (artificial intelligence art generator). The link to the artwork is in the description box, on Igmur.
Hope this helps ❥
As I listen to this, I'm writing my admissions essay for graduate school. I'm 27 going on 28. In 2020, I made two big choices that changed my life: I got sober and I chose love. Because of these choices, I was finally able to go back and work on my undergrad after stagnating for years in a swamp of booze, drugs, and depression. I graduated in April 2022 with honours and distinction. Now, I'm taking the next big step in my life. I've come so far in the last few years. Honestly, sometimes it's hard to believe that I'm here, and that I'm actually doing it all right for a change. And you know what? For whatever reason, post-rock has been there with me during every test, every exam, every late-night essay grind. It has been there with me in those long, dark hours of trying to untangle my life step by step. I couldn't ask for a better companion.
Take care out there. Be patient with yourself. Choose love.
great, man
Let's go king! Hope you will reach everything you are aiming for :)
Your story made me think of this poem, by Tolkien. I have a similar narrative in my battles. All I have to say is "Deep roots are not reached by the frost".
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.
Even though I don't know you, I'm proud of you Zach, I hope you're doing good!
Honestly, I haven't been myself for a while. Right now I was about to start working on some assignments, stressed, and scared I might not finish in the given timeframe. I haven't even listened to more than 2 minutes of the mix, yet everything feels so at peace, just like I'm right where I should be. You always manage to do that with your playlists. Keep up the good work, your channel really is the missing piece.
Don't let school get to u, everyone is different just try ur best, do what u can n make peace with the outcomes. Grades don't matter in the long run, do what u enjoy don't just study all the time(unless u want to). Good luck
you're always yourself no matter what happens, you can't be anyone else
@@bongocat2793 good try but she ain't sleepin with u lol
Thanks for sharing this. I'm glad the mix made you feel better. I hope things get better soon
Im glad they chose that song to start this playlist. Its a great album
Your music brings such a sense of peace and harmony to my life and the world around me. It doesn't make all my problems disappear, but it gives me the strength to confront them. Thank you for being a beacon of light in my life, for making the future seem brighter and the past less daunting. Wishing you all the happiness in the world, and may you always find and cherish that something worth living for.
Love working on cars to this playlist.
Everything just sort of falls into place and I couldn't be more happier.
life goals
I get tired of ways to optimize productivity so even looking for the right playlist is difficult because i am picky. but this is so calming and just right.
3hrs of postrock from you, couldnt have asked for more. Thank you.
this is like the soundtrack to the lore that is my life
It's 4 in the morning and I have exams 9 hours from now. Gonna start studying now
Thank you for helping me discover this song by Aural Method, The Heavens Swung Their Blinding Gates.
Whenever I listen to your music, I feel at peace with myself and the world around me. It's not that problems start vanishing or anything like that, I simply find within myself the strength I need in order to face them. Thank you for changing lives, my life, thank you for making the future seem brighter and the past less frightening.
Wish you all happiness and may you find that something worth living for, seize it and cherish it with all your heart.
Music is phenomenal out of this world and ads are godly.
I love the way Aural Method punctuates the whole mix, and also the louder, hopeful finale with Whale Fall and Years of Rice and Salt. Thanks for the journey once again. Things would be a lot worse for me without this music.
It would never help me study tbh, nor do I have to. But this so vividly encapsulates my feeling of just weird melancholy that I usually get at night time. Thinking about things like how beautiful life is, but it's weird that somehow, one day, everything I've ever known will disappear. For me at least. In an event we name death, and from that I'll never be able to arise. I'm hoping I got a long way to go yet considering I'm still basically a child, but I can't shake the feeling of how disappointed I'd be if I didn't appreciate my time here while it's still yet to continue. Even if that appreciation just comes in the form of sitting and thinking, it needs to be shown, and thought of. There is nothing wrong with fearing death, young kids do, then you kind of grow out of it, aaand then you mature a bit more and realise in a more mature kind of way that death is quite literally the end of everything. Before, I'd say, this year I had never really thought of it much, so it never bothered me. But I can't help it now. Life is such a unique opportunity, without it there'd be nothing, not much anyway. The word opportunity wouldn't be a thing, nor would any of what I'm doing right now. Weird, huh? I don't really think I'll ever fully comprehend how one day this'll all just end for me. But while im here, recently, I've realised, for some reason, that it's really important that I appreciate it, and not waste it. No one should waste it, everyone has different beliefs of what happens after death. I'm a pretty adamant person when it comes to that, maybe not the most understanding of those who disagree. But none of us can be 100% certain, so I suppose, what I'm trying to say is that wasting our time here would be silly. No matter your beliefs, I hope you can see that there's that chance that this really is it, and its great! But not infinite, so don't act like it is. Please, do not waste this opportunity you have.
I can only say, well delivered!
I really wish I could describe what this playlist means to me. I'm so grateful that it's just a couple of clicks away. Easily one of those things in my life that I'm immensely grateful for. Thank you.
good luck
Post rock is one of the best genres out there seriously.
I grew up on metal, but this ethereal vibe is always something i appreciated more than any kind of aggressivity.
Love bands that combine both (NIN or Tool for example) but lately i've been rediscovering post rock thanks to an album of godspeed you ! black emperor i bought something like 15 years ago and i've been diving back ever since.
There are some serious gems.
This is so calming that me my mom and sisters fell in a deep calming sleep
This is a stressful week for me, I have many assignments to finish. I'm only 5 minutes in but the knot in my brow has unraveled, my headache is subsiding, and I feel hope. Thank you.
Im so glad I found this channel. By far the best focus and study music! I have always been a fan of Balmorhea and its awesome to see them as the first band.
I've been overwhelmed and overthinking a lot lately about life choices and love and this morning another song and this playlist have managed to keep me calm and remind me not to give up, that I've ever given up before so I won't now just need to wait and see while keep working on my goals.
Always on time on our feelings. Thanks my friend (allow me to call you like this, since we share the same feelings of these songs).
been watching your channel for years. discovering new music such as this mix really helps me center and ground myself when I feel that everything is out of my control. a sincere thanks to you, worldhaspostrock
Focusing at work! Thanks Can and WHPR. 💙
Thank you for the list and the bandcamp links as well!
Incredible mix, loving every second. Thanks for putting this together.
thanks to this playlist I've finally finished some of my art projects, and I feel more productive than I was before listening to the playlist. thank you!
Finding this while helping yourself stand up to keep moving in a place you do not belong to is just...peaceful🍃🤍
absolutely pleasant!!!! it's exactly what I was looking for and now I'm ready to sleep. please make more like this one!!
After 20 minutes of listening to this, I shared it with all of my friends, Great work man! You Are Amazing
Just discivered this channel yesterday and for the past 2 mornings that I've listened I've had very calm and relaxing yet slightly energizing mornings which helps the entire day go smoother, thank you.
Song at 29 mins gave me chills down my spine
Definitely going to use this for my writing projects, perfect timing! thanks for the playlist.
Everything is gonna be okay. All I need is to just move on.
The Living Sleep track is beautiful. It's making me well up.
This is one of the best music mix I have come across this year. So so amazing!
Doing nothing feels way more productive after putting a focus playlist on
10 minutes in and I am sold! Boy, this is pure gold!
This playlist is brilliant! Great ambient music.
Post-rock must be in every playlist of the people in world.
This is like an early gift for christmas. Thank you so much!
I could listen to this forever.
This is a great playlist, thank you
Wonderful playlist. Truly inspiring.
Great selection, thank you :)
Спасибо за плейлисты. Когда мне нужно работать, а вокруг слишком шумно (т.е. 80% моего рабочего времени) - они выручают.

Gracias hermoso canal que descubrí hace 2 años
9:09 whoa! I loved this, this a fine post-rock/ambient track
46:36 is fantastic too! Absolutely calming and bright
Track 12 from 1:00:50 and beyond is one of my favorites here too, such a wonderful sound!
lovely ❤
1:02:58 Superb! I love this kind of "soft noise" ambient (drone ambient?), I don't know how to describe it, but I love it.
amazingg!!
Thanks.
I was focused until heklAa - Yamune came on. What a piece.
We can't possibly have it all. How does this planet manage it all? What is the proper balance between inspiring people to achieve all they can and accepting their unique limitations as proper boundaries for their desires? Somebody has to be an underachiever. Is it so wrong to be so content?
Sankho Kun Gang entry.
12 - Our transient lives is amazing❤
This mix is incredible! So much striking talent throughout. I’ve found so many astounding artists through this channel. Thank you @worldhaspostrock
Wow.
Such a good playlist but the commercials make me say NO to listening
for a new listening experience, speed up by 2x. That sounds cool.
Thankyou💜
Can you share where do you upload other artworks like this one?
İhtiyacım olan şey buydu.. 👋❤

❤🔥
priceless
damn this is fucking great music. thank you
Thank you for this playlist. Really helps to survive here in Ukraine during the war. Peace and love to everyone🫂
Love for both Russian soldiers and Ukrainian boys risking their lives ❤️
It's great that you keep sharing great and beautiful music, even from not so well known bands, but as an artist it really hurts to see (even from the thumbnail) that you're using AI generated pictures. You could have perfectly reached out to an actual artist and ask for permission to use one of their artworks. Even if you can't pay for it, it could be for promotion. Just like musicians can use the free advertisement, creators in other forms of arts can also appreciate that. What we don't appreciate is being ripped off and having our work scraped without consent for others to use, especially when there are companies profiting from it (I know that's not your case, but sadly it doesn't change that reality), while trying to replace us. Unlike the music industry, we don't have labels and big companies with lawyers watching our backs. Not only our jobs are at stake, but our identities, and if human expression and experience mean anything to you, which I believe to be the case, I'd be thankful if you refrained from committing the same mistake in the future.
I'm new into exploring this channel. What can I expect from this channel?

tragedy melodie makes me sad feeling and thoughts of humans in the oooooooooooooooooooocean
Balmorhea - Baleen Morning 00:00
you are right😅
who cares about the other songs?
if you listen to the first one, then the rest will follow
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. This is orgasmic.
Actually insane that AI generated this picture. It looks so natural as a painting.
really I was thinking the opposite. that explains a lot
at first glance it was pretty cool but the deformed flying things gave it away, looked ai generated to me before I read that it was. Though to be honest the deformed things kinda give it character and fits the vibe of the playlist in a weird way
the tumbled sea - Children Building This Rainman Out of Snow 53:33
My favorite one
Worrytrain-Prelude for Piano and Malariaö This one makes me depressed..
AI created that artwork... it succeeded in the Turing test against me. This is a first.
whats the name of the painting plz?
