    Hi, thanks for your insights.
    If NPV is calculated on risk-free returns then we get to know the actual money earned on the money invested, considering FD interest. But, if we are taking a loan of 10L then how do we calculate actual money earned on the investment?

      we will take net cash flow so interest paid on the loan will be deducted from the cash flow

    Sir 100 rupay me ager15%discount dete hai to 85 rupay ata hai lekin mai ye chahta hu 15% discount du lekin 15% Ka vat lu taki 85 rupay me 15 rupay jo discount diya hu to 15 rupay ka vat 85 rupay me jod lu. Talk 85 rupay aur 15 rupay ka vat 2.25 rupay 15% I hisab se jod kr 85+2.25=87.25 rupay ho jaye.plese koi formula btaiye please .bahut presan hu please.
