YES! This is a great bike for only $1499. Full suspension, step through with a torque sensor! I bought one. Mine has great torque, a responsive torque sensor at all speeds and levels of assist and the full suspension is very nice. I love it.

Definitely better than other bikes with a 750 watt motor.
Wish more bikes would pay attention to torque verses just the watts.

I wish the electric motor torque output was proportional to the torque input from the chain.

It’s torque sensing from 1-3 and seems to be cadence on 4 and 5…
Specs say torque but book is a little hard to clarify.

My 5th Wheel Torrent 2’s torque sensor works in all 7 gears and all 3 assist levels at any speed. The rear air suspension is very good. Only $1499 is a great deal for a step through , full suspension torque sensor.

I couldn’t find the geometry specs of this bike on their website. Do you have those details?

Are you feeling any self-steer at high speed with those 4” tires?

    • @PoweredwithJohnny
      @PoweredwithJohnny  11 місяців тому

Self steer no … at mid speed I feel a little when slow or fast no

Hi, is this bike too big for a person around 5'4 if i want to ride it with a comfortsble posture? Meaning i dont want to hunch over just to reach the handles

I would say yes. If you want to sit more straight up then the tall bar bikes would be better

Just put a adjustable bar stem on it to raise the handle bars up. I've done that to both of my e-bikes. Or get handle bars with a higher rise.

I have a 20" x 4 step through fat tire bike that's both powerful comfortable and fast . You should look at 20x4 e bikes they would be great for your height and you don't give up anything

Will this bike fit into the back of a mid size suv? Will front tire removal be required? If so, does it have a quick release front tire?

I kinda disagree about the gearing it has a 14 for a high gear which is too big for maintaining 28 miles an hour it should have an 11 and at least a 52 tooth crank .As far as when you have to ride it without power all fat tire bikes suck to pedal without power so I just wouldn't do it . That's why you look for a 20 amp hr battery at least

Personally I think most all ebikes are geared to low from the factory. Lots of these bikes claim a top speed of 28mph but the chain rings are so small that you're spinning your legs off well before you're able to hit 28mph.

@@18andlikeit some bikes (Wired,Amp ride's) come with a 56 tooth and 11 rear that's 5 times the wheel turns to one time you pedal which is about the best I seen so far I have a 52 - 11 on both my rip current and Havoc x2 you get pretty good feel up to 26 at 30 or above it starts to ghost pedal but you can maintain the speed ok

@@TonyTesoriero yes you are correct, the bikes you mentioned have much higher gearing, but most don't. With higher gearing you'll have a more comfortable cadence at higher speed but you may suffer more on the hills, but it also depends on how powerful the motor is. I personally think most 750w fat tire bikes are geared a bit to low. A 48t chain ring with a 11t high gear I think would be a good compromise for most people but we don't see that much.
