The northern leg of Skyline from 92 down to Alice's Restaurant. This is a beautiful road, especially during the week when traffic is sparse and mostly local and the sun peeks through the trees.
The fog was lifting but the road was still damp and slick in spots. Those little red lights flickering a few times on the left and right edges of the dash are the DTC traction control engaging momentarily.
True, there was an aggressive 'thou shalt not pass' driver in a blue pickup at the beginning of the ride south who gunned his truck to beat me to the end of the passing zone, but at least he didn't ride the yellow line to block me. Besides, the day was too pretty to let that bad behaviour colour the rest of the ride.
As luck would have it, there was a downed power line cutting off traffic near the end of the southern leg so I had to turn around and go all the way back to Palo Alto to get back down the hill. That was fine by me.
