Theres a massive issue with bluetooth: It does not have enough bandwidth to support a discord call and the game audio. When on a discord call, it drops the quality of the game audi as it shows the mic-speaker paid a handset allocated to "Default communications device" and if the mic usage is off, it switches to "Default Device" and there is clear and true sounding audio. Can you test for this with and without the 2.4ghz dongle, and latencies ingame? Can you do that test with this, and the 2.4ghz dongle?
Thats what the dongle is for, it offloads the input stream to be handled by software through the Asus audio drivers that support this headset. It's not using bluetooth at all, it's using a type of adhoc wifi network dedicated to the dongle and nothing else.
the actual question for the gamers is simple: old model is not supporting the 7+1 or surrounding sound for the fps game, is this one supporting it with 2.4ghz dungle?
I will say that I do still want a nice solid pair of wireless gaming buds because I don't always want a headset on my head. I'm waiting to see if I can get the inzones at a steal of a price through Amazon Renewed. I may add these to that list too.
Awesome video i am debating on the best gaming ear buds... have you tried the logitech G fits?? I like those because they offer both usb as well as USC connector. Thank you
I just plugged the dongle in the back where you plug the charger on the case it's actually pretty secure and mine hasn't fucked up yet I throw mine in a bag it's actually dropped quite a few times with the dongle plugged into the back it won't fry it because power goes into it doesn't come out and yeah besides that I love them they're great they're awesome for gaming and the bass sounds really good it's actually just perfect I think and in armory crate there's a quite a bit of settings a good selection I would say to set it up the way u like it or to what You're listening to and by the way good video i enjoyed watching it Also sorry for the word salad i'm u Also one thing you gotta remember everybody's hearing is different I noticed you know so this sum it might sound OK to others this will sound great I get that a lot
Oh yeah and I also forgot to say I used to use the big Gaming headsets and once I switch to earbuds good ones that is I can't go back I just find those big bulky ones annoying now
Hello, I have just purchased these, and unfortunately they pick up background noise and make it louder than my voice, this makes my voice as if I’m miles away from the mic, I wanted to use these for calls, is there a setting I need to adjust?
Is there a second app to control these on pc? Or can you configure it from a cellphone app while connected to a pc? Deleted the bloated armoury crate for g helper
I literally just saw these on amazon this morning a few hours later your review drops. Talk about a coincidence haha. I really wish these manufacturers would give us an option without the in-ear silicon tips. None of the in-ears that I've tried have been comfortable for me nor do I feel like they actually stay in my ears. I just I need a wireless airpod (Not pro) style earbuds
I’m pissed with these, every f*cking 5 minutes or so it keeps beeping and stopping audio and turns on my mic, and this is with the dongle, Bluetooth is better than that, even though I’m playing at my bed on a TV Bluetooth is still more stable for the range compared to the dongle, f*cking absurd
I buy this rog coz they said 47hrs battery life but its fckng scam in game only 3hrs running only and battery low to 5% if you turn on the RGB LIGHTS ,NOISE CANCELING / AMPLIFIER IT SELF the it running around 2.5 HRS via 2.4 connection
I actually plug the dongle into the case's charging port when I travel
You're a genius
Thats really smart. Never thought of that.
Thank you so much
so smart
Wow
I didn’t know Asus even made earbuds

While using the dongle there's virtually no latency. You can't notice it at all.
Soundcore has a good pair for a much better price. I wish everyone would stop with the RGB on earbuds with no battery.
which model?
do you mean soundcore vr p10?
I bought soundcore and for my phone they are great, for my pc not so much the mic is pretty poor.
I have tried every 2.4 TWS earbud you have reviewed, and I suggest you try the JBL Quantum TWS earbuds as they appear to be the best so far.
Stem one or the bud one ?
@@AMX0013 stem
park need to know the answer
@AMX0013 probably the regular ones as the ones with out stem are TWS Air.
Only thing to note for these is they do not work with xbox

Can it be used on Nintendo switch docked using the 2.4 connection?
You're asking the real questions
Usb c to usb a adapter into the side dock port. No idea if you'd get audio from that though.
Honestly though. A low latency gaming mode on standard Bluetooth earbuds work very well with the standard Bluetooth audio connection on Switch.
@@x-ray3431 I actually picked up a pair and yes the switch reads it as a USB headset and allows the mic through.
@@Misconduct24 The problem is that the Switch doesn't allow the mic on any headphones to work via bluetooth.
RGB on wireless earbuds is such a dumb idea. Even though my time with the Inzone buds are short, the battery life on them were fantastic.
You have to put them in game mode.

I know this is late, but right side controls the mic, the left side controls the noise cancelling

Yes and no. They have BT and can be used on anything with BT or you can buy a ps link adapter for pc to use them via a lower latency wireless band
