I sometimes use my ETFs to buy dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same place. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you're investing in the first place and that's what's important. Salute for the content!
Hearing from an experienced investor who has survived the crisis and prospered is always comforting. It could be worrisome when your portfolio goes from green to red, but if you have invested in strong firms, you should just keep growing them and stick to your goal.
I'm a contractor, and my job doesn't permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I've had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that's how I've been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell..
I'm very happy for you! Working on your house with your family is making lifetime memories for all of you and I'm anxious to see what you are doing to the house!
Thanks Karencita for your video. My husband and I will be in CDMX next month and plan to take the bus to Tula to see the antiquities. Best of luck and happiness in your new home.
I think it's great that you get to spend more time with your family. I am interested in the Toltec culture. One of my favorite books(The Four Agreements) is related to the Toltec culture.
Hola Profe! SCREAMSSSSSSSS this video gives me so much emotionsssssssssss. I am happy for you and i will visit Tula as well be your vecino! Congats SUPER BIG CONGRATS!
How exciting that you are moving to Tula. Looking forward to seeing videos on your visit to the Toltec statues and pyramids. Hopefully you can tell us about the Toltec civilization and stories that you don't normally hear unless you are from the area. I have great memories of many legendary places in Mexico from many, many years ago.
Hi guys. Moving to Tula? That's gonna b quite a change. Is Tula like Pachuca? I was in Pachuca last year and it didn't seem like somewhere I'd like to spend a lot of time. There was not much going on. The roads were very bad, lots of dust, and didn't seem like a proper city. On the other, Tula probably has a lower cost of living than Qtro. I can understand moving to such a place while thinking about the next move. That being said, there may lay the opportunity - like setting up a nice wine bar or coffee shop. Hopefully, you can talk about the real estate opportunities, rents, cost of a typical house on your next video. Best of luck guys - happy to see you continue to share your journey. By the way, I was also in Guadalajara recently and there were many beautiful women there. 😍 More than in Mexico City in think. I wonder if you leave some links to helpful real estate resources.
Hola José!! I think you enjoyed the video I released yesterday. I’m not a fan of Pachuca either for the reasons you mentioned, plus the weather isn’t nice to me. I will be showing you more places around Tula and you’ll see if you like it or not.
La Karencita, hope you are doing ok; I want to let you know you may enjoy watching a UA-camr named "La Japonesa"; She has spent a lot of time in El Salvador(enjoying her time there with many of the locals) "y habla Espanol muy bien"(she recently found a partner(who had parents from Mexico) who speaks Spanish as well in Los Angeles; they are currently visiting El Salvador together) 🔥🌧🌈🌊
3,000 USD is not bad, that average in Canada, bit over $4,000 Canadian. Hmm., I don't take that home in Canada, I'm a bookkeeper. Canada is very expensive, I have a new home, nice car etc.. strange, that you can't live on 3K usd in Mexico?
I know this is not the focus of your channel, but it would be interesting to hear the woman's perspective about these types of international relationship: I'm assuming that you are aware that anybody looking at you two as a couple immediately realizes that your husband is a so-called "passport bro", i.e. white man from a western country who has deficiencies in his ability to attract women (in his case being bald and awkward) and as a result dates women from less developed countries for whom his whiteness and passport compensate his deficiencies. My question is how does this make you feel? Does it bother you? Did you consider it before entering the relationship?
What a twat. Let me guess, Mexican women who date white guys are gold diggers, and white guys who date Mexican women are passport bros? Not just two people who happened to fall in love? There are a lot of bald and awkward Englishmen who are married to Englishwomen. I wonder how it feels to be alone and angry at the world? I think it'd be difficult to find anything to compensate for your deficiencies you pillock.
Why would being bald be a deficiency, may I ask? There are lots of very attractive guys without hair on their head, including Dave. Sincerely, a white, western woman PS: Cheez, what an unnecessary, hurtful comment.
@@lanubeviajera There is no "reason", it just happens to be most women's preference. According to any research on the topic, from dating app data to speed dating etc., being bald is one of the most off-putting physical features in the eyes of women, only second to being short. And I don't mean to hurt, just want to explore topics that pique my curiosity. If they like each other, then they are winners compared to all the other people who are left alone regardless of hair or skin color or passport.

Could you kindly elaborate on the advisor's background and qualifications?
Her name is Victoria Anne Leonard can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like

Is it true that Pulque from Tula is the secret behind Dave's apparent 6 pack ?
Best of luck to you guys 🎉🎉
Bonita pareja ❤
The reality is that everyone needs stability
🤩
We're in the same state now!!! (I don't put the city as public info)
Ya para cuándo tendrán un bebe ? Felicidades y les deseo lo mejor en su vida y matrimonio 🤩🙈🫂
What's a good company to use to buy a house in Tulum? Queretaro? San Miguel De Allende? Etc

Door closed, other doors reveal themselves open :) Tula is exceptional so step up IMHO

Thanks for meeting us. I always remember you 🎒🔊
😳
what happened in ecuador?
ecuador single handedly killed your love for traveling.
😂😂
Nothing serious. We had an uncomfortable airbnb, we also found it very difficult to leave Colombia and we were tired after a few months traveling.

Wow, that's quite the hypothesis! I'm sure you must have some fascinating theories and stories to tell. I love storytelling!

Hahaha. I’m guessing you are a guy. Because what you don’t know about women is HUGE.
Why would being bald be a deficiency, may I ask?
