In your video you are saying that a backup is also backing up the information about the battery size etc, but when updating from Float package to Refloat package, the high and voltage thresholds were NOT restored afterwards. Is that something you can explain maybe?

Don’t you have to disable float package first?

That sounds like a good idea if you maybe have a faulty backup. So your board cannot run off.
