Does installing refloat package reset all configs to default? What if configs were not backed up before refloat was installed?

So you don't need to uninstall float package first? Just install refloat and it will uninstall/remove float package?

Try to upgrade to refloat. Totally messed up by AdV pro. I've been through the instructions backwards and forwards close to a dozen times. Can't figure out what I did wrong. Need help please. if somebody is capable can remote into my phone and my board I'm willing to pay.

Please help. After a couple months I've decided to upgrade to refloat. I followed the video step by step verifying it several times redoing it. Sadly I made the mistake of after doing what is detailed in the video the first couple times It didn't work. I started with the original wiki step by step. Still didn't work. Went back to this video following it step by step. The board still doesn't work as a mind of its own when I get on it. How do I reset everything that I may have messed up? Then how do I load I would think refloat to make it work?

You didn’t convince me to upgrade

In your video you are saying that a backup is also backing up the information about the battery size etc, but when updating from Float package to Refloat package, the high and voltage thresholds were NOT restored afterwards. Is that something you can explain maybe?

Great video thank you! If we set up our adv with vesc app.. then started using the floaty app and have enjoyed different float packages in floaty and its tweaks floaty allows. Before we do what you're saying to do the default tune in the board via floaty?

Great video, I always thought that FM boards did it via GPS altitude information. But come to think about it… you can still ride your board without your phone, and the boards don’t have a GPS chip in them.

Do you have a tune I can download to try out what you typically ride on trails

Thx so much for this helpful vid. My float had glitchy back forth jerks at start and low speed. Went away and worked flawless after refloat setup. Thought problem resolved but after 4-5 rides the low balance glitch happened again. Any advice?

Thanks, works great! Although, it’s showing that the battery charge is 20% lower compared to Float Control. Volts show the same .

I’m super excited to switch, but I’m waiting until haptic buzz gets added. Rumble was probably my #1 favorite new feature in FP last year, completely changed my confidence level with my boards. Set to 90% DC and deleted tiltback, now I know exactly where the limits are. Hopefully rumble gets added to Refloat soon cuz I’m stoked to experience all these upgrades!

I have THOR300 and UBOX100 Refloat works with Floaty? My tune (with the float package 2.0) are conserved? with same effects? LEDs works ?

A friend said you have to redo the battery limits some settings dont make it over ?
