He said he wanted to know how this happened, well it's the prosecutor or judge that put him back on the street after last month's charges of grand larceny.
suits them right lmao, ny was mostly red during the election. only the city and Albany were blue, seems fitting this happens in the blue section of ny lmao
Yup. The left should be brought up on RICO charges. Conspiracy to subvert our 2A rights successfully I might as nation wide. Even “free state” follow bad and unconstitutional gun laws at the federal level. No one stands up for the 2A.
If someone stopped Ramon Rivera, they would prosecute that person to the full extent --remember that ex-Marine charged in the subway? He's on trial now.
@southernillinois or, common sense would say he came here illegally in the last year at the direction of Biden and people like Eric Adams. You don't just start doing this level of crime out of nowhere. This criminal was imported, and you paid for it. These innocent people paid with their lives because your voting practices are self destructive. How sympathetic of all of you.
Ha, ha, ha this is NYC. Alvin Bragg will be reelected in a landslide as will Mayor Adams. These people will vote the Democrat no matter what happens to the people who live here. NYC could turn into the movie, "Escape from New York" and they still will vote for the Democrat.
The mayor said they are searching for how something like this could happen😢😢😢 when in fact if this person was not released as easily from 8 prior arrest could have prevented this 😳
The same city leaders will tell you that your 2nd amendment rights are restricted in NYC. If ONE of those citizens had their own CCW, perhaps this story would be less tragic. Pull that here in Texas, and chances are, you will be deleted on site.
Someone needs to be held accountable tor allowing monsters back out in the street without proper judgement. Our safety should be our priority it just doesn’t make any sense to me.
Pathological/suicidal empathy strikes again. Canada's been going through something similar with mental health and homelessness. This started in the 1990s and 2000s, when what we would now call social justice advocates pushed to relax the laws that enabled the mentally ill to be involuntarily confined or forced to take their meds. When I was a waitress in a tiny town, I had this one regular customer. Ike. Everyone in town knew who he was. You could tell he was coming by the flock of crows (he fed them constantly, so they followed him and his car everywhere). We all knew he was mentally ill, but he'd been a townie for decades. He comes in one day, orders his usual, takes a couple bites, and pushes it away. "Is the food not okay, Ike? It smelled amazing when I brought it out." "It's been poisoned." He's glaring through the pass-thru window to where my boss, Richard, is cooking. "What are you talking about?" "My mouth is burning. It's been poisoned." "Richard would never--" "I don't blame Richard. He's only doing what he's paid to do. I know who's behind this, and you better believe, he'll get his." "Uh... Okay... Don't worry about the check, Ike. You just take care of yourself." So that afternoon, I go into the town's one pharmacy. "Hey, Ike just freaked me right out. Said Richard poisoned his food, because someone was paying him to do it. I don't know whether he's off his meds or needs them adjusted, but Can you guys maybe let his doctor know?" "We can't." "Sorry, what?" "He has the right to medical privacy. We can't tell his doctor anything." "But that's insane. He's in trouble." "You can call the cops on him if you felt threatened." "Well, no. But I think if he's not taking his meds, he's going to get worse." "And then someone will call the cops on him." "But that's stupid!" "it's the way it is." My husband's cousin also has schizophrenia. He doesn't like his meds. They keep him even, functional and able to work, but it's much more exciting to him to be the guy who uncovered and exposed the massive conspiracy that only he can see. Every time we get the call that the cops picked him up, we're like, "what for?" "Suicide attempt." "Oh, thank god." That "thank god" isn't because he was picked up before he killed himself. It's because the only person he was threatening to kill was himself. He thinks his entire family is in on the conspiracy. His parents. His aunts, including the one who took him in for two years and didn't even charge him rent. His cousins. My husband and me. They can only hold him for three days, unless he fails his discharge interview. He's not stupid. He's got the script memorized. He gets released, gets out, his parents (who he thinks are in on it, mind you) put him up. Then he stops taking his meds and demands money. His parents give it to him, and he and his dog get in the car and drive until the money runs out. Then he starts walking his dog while carrying an axe or a bat because the feds are following him, and anyone could be a fed. Then he feels like the walls are closing in, and the feds are catching up to him, and starts acting like he's going to... I don't know. Go on a stabbing spree? The cops arrive, and he starts threatening to kill himself, and then it's just wash, rinse, repeat. No one on the inside can keep him confined, because the meds even him out to the point that he knows what to say to get discharged. No one on the outside can force him to continue taking his meds. My husband was always a "lock the doors" guy. I never really worried that much. It's not a great neighborhood. We get break-ins and burglaries, but we don't get home invasions. If someone's home, no need to lock the doors. You know. Until my. husband's cousin decided we were part of the vast conspiracy he's cooked up in his schizophrenic brain. I keep our doors locked during the day and our psycho dog uncrated at night. This is a terrible thing for families and for the rest of society.
Many criminal convictions -NO punishment and NO mental health help - The system is completely broken. How many times is things like this going to happen?? The subway is full of these types.
The DA's in NY are geniuses. The way that they give bail to repeat violent offenders and offer no support or charity for the victims. If people are allowed to protect themselves with a firearm this would have ended earlier.
Just another day in NYC, homless people are allowed to kill you but an innocent man is on trial for defending other people, crazy world and even crazier City, I would carry better to be charged than dead
Judging by the name he is probably not American. Keeping him in the hospital would cost a lot of money. Now, keeping him in jail is even more expensive.
Untl people understand demon possession, they will imagine he could have gotten help with mental health care. Whatever that is for kooks like this. Since he was let out of jail several times those releasing him will be accountable to God for the murders of these three innocent people.
Why can't something be done to change the laws that the judges have to follow? Why couldn't common sense be used to stop this man from committing repeat offenses?
It’s funny that this guy is let out so many times no repercussions yet someone like Daniel Penny who defends a train car full of people from another mental patient who also was released without repercussions is getting the book thrown at him. Free Daniel Penny. And screw Neelys family now they care about him what a joke.
