Rebbie has a more pleasant tone to her voice than LaToya, but over all Rebbie is by far the least talented singer in the Jackson family. HOWEVER she is still better than 90% of what's played on the radio now-a-days. I'm not a hater, I'm a realist. I love all the Jacksons

Janet has perfected her voice/tone/pitch/control and knows her lane. Rebbie has a nice voice. Maybe if she stuck with professional singing wouldve only gotten better
