I just finished my first ever build last week using this case and I had a couple of struggles but for the price of $64 at Micro Center, you can't beat it. I struggled getting the fans to work and I made a rookie mistake and forgot to tighten the stand offs for the motherboard and one of them case loose when I was trying to tighten the screw down. When I tried loosening the screw, the stand off just kept turning with the screw which was frustrating. Despite the struggles I had, if you are looking to do a budget build I would highly recommend this case
With armaggeddon tessaraxx apex 8 air what do u prefer? Yeah armaggeddon doesn't include fan and u need to buy it... i can only buy 5 12mm fan for it with the same price as montech X3 that already include 12mm fan 3x, and 14mm fan 3x

@Phixxion I am sorry I am late replying to you as well. Work has been crazy. So I have a B 550 Plus Wifi motherboard by Asus. I don't know how your motherboard is set up but I plugged the fans into the CPU_OPT connection which was located next to the Cpu fan plug in. For almost a week I couldn't even get the computer to fire up and I was so frustrated but I let it sit over night one day and it fired right up the following morning. I know you probably figured your problem out by now but I hope I was some help
I'm new to pc building and this has been extremely frustrating. How am I supposed to mount my drive on the side of the case AND do it without the cables getting in the way?

On your power supply, you should have a connector for a fan next to one of your molex connectors. Plug in one of the molex connectors into that long daisy chain molex attachments. Now one of your molex connectors on your power supply should have a connector next to it to plug into a fan. Depending on what kind of a motherboard you are using, you should have a connection called "cpu opt" next to the connection for your cpu fan. Plug in the fan connector next to one of the molex connectors into the cpu opt and the fans should fire right up. As much as I like the fans I wish there was an option to use one solid color but for the affordable price of the case, I can overlook that. I hope this was helpful

How are the thermals? I have a similar sized gpu (29,4cm), should it be ok?
I think the thermals should be good it has the best thermals for a budget case
