As far as power and intensity goes…there’s a strong case for that too shelf ranking opinion. The man must have been terrifying to defend. Speed/power/size/…and he’s flying at you after often jumping higher than you’ve ever seen a dude jump,
Kemp was my favorite growing up. Had every iteration of his jerseys and was just tickled silly when his bloated ass came to my Cavs, but I still think best power dunker of all time has to be Chocolate Thunder.

The best dunk by Kemp was against the Knicks, kenny walker tried to jump and defend Kemp and kemp did a double clutch Reverse dunk as he avoided the block and went around him. BEAUTIFUL DUNK and power
If you can go back and see his best place, it's worth it. He was a monster back in the day if his health wouldn't have got to him. He started getting heavy set, kinda like zion

I always heard his hands were too small to easily palm the ball, that’s why he dunked most of the time with 2 hands. But, clearly he could dunk quite powerfully with one hand. Looks like myth busted.
