Bike Meets! What to expect?

- Why don't more people more go to motorbike meets? From talking with people I have found most think it is a scary place and you're not welcome if you don't know people there.
Bike meets are great! Even if you ride in look around and go ten minutes later it's worth popping your head in!
Come along with me and my friends as we head off to the Boyds of Bedford bike meet at Bewpoint in Bedford and some tips and tricks for the real reason people don't pop in - being scared of making a fool of themselves!

Good one Dom I'm on the balls of my feet on my bike but on tarmac shunting is ok but a little loose under foot can be an issue she's also a weighty girl to so then it's off the bike and push it about where possible 👍
Hate not being able to flat foot. There is no shame in asking for someone’s help pushing it, or getting them to move it, like in this video you see Liam can move his bike like a toy; some people have the nack. Think of like someone spotting you at the gym 💪🏻
I use to get the RR in quite precarious positions and would have to ask for help moving it around so I wouldn’t drop it.
any advice for a novice turning up to a bike meet alone?
Come say hi to me! Most people are friendly and will chat away, but check Facebook groups see if you can ride down with people so you already have a group 👍🏻
If you’re not a talker, rock up have a coffee have a wonder and head home. I always find bike meets are more about somewhere to go rather than the meet itself. 👍🏻
