Interesting, Portland was one of the big west coast importer or BMC cars in the 1950 and 60's. My 1964 Austin Cooper was sold new here and i'm the second and current owner since 1973. All of the BMC cars I have encountered and worked on over the 50 years have had the factory pea green color on the engine from new. I have never seen that color anywhere on anything other than this car. this car does not seem to be a mini that was assembled in Australia due to the lack of wing windows To make the car look correct you might want to correct the color on the motor.
Very nice
Lovely car not many cooper s's left now
