Wait until the spring to decide if you are not feeling your brown belt. I feel that it looks better in the spring and summer months with all the light colours that you wear.

I have the wang boots. I would never wear them with jeans... or trousers for that matter. I wear them with skirts and dresses and tights. Also, from what I noticed from following your videos for a couple years now, you have a very romantic style which is beautiful but I think these boots fit a more minimalist/scandi syle.

The best way to style those boots is with dresses and skirts. With skinny jeans you’d have to go for really cropped ones that end above the boots x

Try the boots with a mini dress paired with a black leather biker jacket or with black denim jeans. Love the all your things.
Hey beautiful I have the Alexander Wang boots. Try them with short dresses and a leather jacket or with flared trousers. They look gorgeous. I am on the petite side and they definitely add to any outfit. As for the brown belt try it on with lighter tops tucked in jeans and a matching color bag, they will look stunning as well. I have the Alexander Wang boots but they're the shorter version with silver instead of rose gold. I always wear them with tights and dresses or skirts! I've never been able to style them with jeans either :)

i have the boots in the silver hardware and i find i have to wear black jeans in order for them to work for me or a really dark pair of blue jeans and i will cuff the bottoms but only once or twice so its not to bulky looking. the boots are super sleek so black or dark blue skinny jeans!

There is literally no wear and tear to do an update on! From prior experience with my black jumbo, it takes a few years to see any kind of wear and tear on the caviar :)

Love your WOCs, very pretty. I think you can give your belt another try by pairing them with your jeans specially if you wear lighter tops, I generally wear brown belts with my jeans 🙂I know what you mean with the boots, I have experienced the same with another brand then decided to pair them with my dresses and stockings🙂

Amy, I wanted your opinion in which color to pick for the Gucci Woc between the nude and the pink. Since you have Gucci bags in both colors which one would you recommend as a first woc ? Love this video! I own the AW boots, super comfy and they are a winter staple for me. I wear them with everything. Try wearing them with 7/8 length skinny jeans or with a short floral dress to give it some edge.
I’m so tempted to get the Alluna or Mini Maestra in that merlot. It is so gorgeous. I have the Aria and Doctor Bag - both in Marine, but I’m gagging over the merlot color. Just wondering if it might be too fem for me.
This might be a silly question but what happens if you get mugged or if someone spills something over your bag? Do you have personal insurance or something that would cover the cost of replacement if anything like that happened or do people just risk it? That's something I've always wondered about and would be a major factor in me buying beautiful designer bags but never actually daring to wear them outside lol. Thanks xxx
You should try the Alexander boots with tights! Maybe pair with shorts or midi skirts

Hi Amie, I noticed the shoulder strap on your Senreve Merlot bag has the gold grommet hardware on the holes, is that a new feature because I really like it but my recent purchase does not have that nor do I see that detail on their site. It gives such a nice pop of the strap making it look so elegant. Didn't realize how beautiful the Merlot color is.
I wear my boots with stockings and dresses and a biker jacket over the dress. Hope that makes sense.
Do you find that the Tory Burch tote in the blue color goes well with a lot of different outfits? Does it clash with anything? I've been torn between the blue and gray.
The AW Kori boots look way better with skirts than with jeans. If you want to style them with pants, I'd wear them with a wide legged cropped pant over a skinny jean
You can shorten the chain of the Chanel woc by just crossing it once on the inside :)

Your thoughts on the gucci belt is how I feel about a lot of my purchases. Love the items, but I just don't know my style yet and have a wardrobe that is consistent. Hopefully summer holds more styling opportunities for the brown though ☺

For everyday, the Victorine wallet still as it can fit a smidge more. I do think the Gucci is better value though :)
You can shorten the chain on chanel WOC by tying a ribbon around the chains inside the flap. Or using a lobster clasp or anything similar

Love the belt and your style! Have you considered pairing the brown Gucci Marmont belt with white skinny jeans and navy blue (top or blazer?) I find that sometimes returning to classic/basic colors can help esp. if the shade of brown can be tricky to pair... Alternatively, a heather grey would also possibly work well with it and medium wash or dark wash blue jeans...
Would you say you prefer the ysl woc or the Gucci woc? And why?
Amy! I have the same issue with the AW boots. I’m really picky with the way my jeans “settle” on my footwear. Tried these babies on and they just didn’t work for me either. And I’m a skinny jeans girl. You should check out the AW kori boot. Literally the same thing but the boot doesn’t come up as high as the gabi boot.
Amie - u used to lug around your bunch of keys with a huge keychain and lipbalm all attached. of course they won't fit in the WOC :) you've since upgraded to the LV 6 key holder remember? :) LOVE your favourites .... ! p/s : i too find the WOC chain just too long (i'm 5'1") and have since had them professionally shortened and now i wear it so much more!!!

Don't give up on the brown Gucci belt yet. Summer is coming and it would look so cute with flowy summer dresses! Also, try the shoes with dresses instead of jeans. I think you will like it.

With the boots, now I didn't see EXACTLY where they hit on you when you wear them, but I'd wear them with a cropped jean ot fold the pant leg inwards to keep the seam between pant and boot clean. Also, the obvious styling seems to be either black leggings or bare-legged with a dress (and a leather jacket and a pair of good sunglasses), but it's obviously been too cold to wear that just yet.

Hi Amie! Have you tried Citizen of Humanity Rocket jeans or Paige Verdugo extra skinny jeans or Frame Le Skinny jeans? These are my 3 go-to brands and styles when I want to wear my jeans tucked into my boots/booties.

I could see you wearing the brown Gucci belt with any of the outfits where you would wear the black belt as long as you switch the shoes to something not black. Or if you have an all black outfit and purposely accent with brown.
As for the booties, I'm not sure how weird they look with skinny jeans, but you could also try them with cropped jeans, where a sliver of skin just shows through. Or the looser jean style that's trendy now rolled up, but maybe not really your style. Or with a shorter skirt (above the knees) I think something flowy on top and form fitting below with the shoes to add a bit of edge:)
Those boots are so edgy while your style is so girly-cute, I think that's why it doesn't work out. Style them with your dresses, not your jeans. Try them with the dress you are wearing in this video! Let me know! :)

My mom loves her medium classic flap from Chanel a lot more than her jumbo. Granted she is very petite and she finds the jumbo too big and clunky on her frame. Too each their own I guess!

I have the same boots (in brown suede) :) I love them, but never use them. lol. Not because they are difficult to style, but if you walk an hour in these my whole leg hurt. I think it's because the boot is so steep and wide I have a ton of room in them and this makes me "lift" the boot everytime I take a step. Excausting. But as for styling, I think they look very cool with tights and super skinny jeans. :)

Hi Amie, I have the same issue with these Alexander Wang boots. I bought them about 3 years ago and I cant style them. The shaft height seems to be off and it is also too wide. I love them, but unfortunately cant wear them. :(

If I may suggest - With regards to the tan belt, you can use that with white shirt and black skirt or pants, all black top and bottom, light blue top and jeans, any olive colored top, beige pants. You have lots in your wardrobe from what I’ve seen that would look great with that belt. Cheers!
