I said that once on a military base in High School I went with my friend and her father to shop at the commissary and as we are walking to the doors she's like oh sh*t I forgot you weren't supposed to wear shorts here (rules) and I said out loud as we were passing a bunch of soldiers well hey at least they will know I'm not wearing a bomb LOL her dad literally ran away from us into the store out of embarrassment.

We upgraded Monday and traded our scan code on our phone for a paper ticket! Upgrade CMH airport! Trey is THE BEST!! You gotta poke fun at Spirit Airlines!! The line was literally out to the street Monday with cancelled flights for them!
@@kasey1078 I print out tickets for paid park visits (I.e. grand canyon), hotel, and plane tickets as well as screenshot the confirmation in case I forget the folder with the 🖨 printouts. I have a Samsung B&W printer that I was $100 and one toner cartridge prints 1200 pages for $50. Might as well use it for things other then my sons homework. 😂
I was just at the airport for the first time since the Pandemic earlier this week and I didn’t print out my boarding pass for the first time (I felt so anxious like I was forgetting something). It was absolutely no problem. I did use my phone to scan my pass but I’m always leery of relying solely on technology so…I’ll probably continue with the old school print out lol
I demand left handed people start getting priority boarding! We have to deal with scissors that are hand specific sometimes so we need extra time getting settled into our seats.
YES! And we have to deal with the fact that the little indent where you can set your cup on the tray table is on the wrong side. We should be compensated in some way for the aggravation of that.
Airports be like: Oh yeah we changed your flight; it's now at this new gate which is already done boarding. Guess you'll have to wait for the next flight and hope we don't mess with you some more.
I signed up for alerts and our plane was delayed they let those who signed up for updates know that it was because of engine problems LOL I turned to my mom who was with me and was like Why TF do I want to know you're having engine problems I rather go with the ignorance is bliss in this case.
@@wanderlustandsparkle4395 I also sign up for alerts when I fly, but they don't notify you in time. Last time they sent me a text about the gate change after boarding was completed. I told them I was notified late yet they still put me on another flight. I had asked the gate employee where my flight was and he said it was still fine. After that useless interaction I googled my flight number (I had learned that trick earlier in the day) and saw my new gate was one gate over to my left. So I went over and boarding was complete; I got the text from the airport 10 min later. What's the takeaway? Don't expect the airport to know where you need to be or to help you. Just google your flight number everytime and check it for updates. Way faster, easier and more reliable.
But it can happen. My friend met her husband on a flight and they got a news story written about them. And they did a engagement shoot at an airport. (I totally did the, “I could meet my soulmate” on a flight when I was single and flying a lot.)
There was this one time I was going to a cheer competition and I asked siri where I could buy pom poms because I left mine at home. It said 'where to buy bombs' outloud. The amount of stares I got.
My guy as someone who *literally* woke up at 7am to get on a 11:20am plane just to do a 1 hour drive and leave at 8pm, have a 2 hour delay, and not make it to my plane so now my family has to reschedule and separate *the next day* so now one half goes 11:20am and the other half goes at 4:30pm… Watching this hit me hard.
At the beginning of the airport it's like "what!? You can't bring water in here are you crazy!?" And then at the end with all the baggage it's literally just the honor system
