INFO FROM ANKER: selct 2 is the offline sold version, soundcore 3 is the online sold version, it is the same speaker otherwise. This video description is wrong, all the specifications are the same-both 16w, same sound, slightly different appearence.

thats a lie. They are not the same. Soundcore 3 has longer battery life but weaker bass, Select 2 has shorter battery life but has the better bass sound and nfc support.

Yes, you are absolutely right. Pretty much the same speaker with a different grill. I bet they use the exact same board inside, based on the fact that they both have the same behavior of showing 90% charged in the iOS battery widget when they're plugged in. Then when you unplug them, turn them off, and turn them back on, then connect them to your phone or other device, they show 100%. Any sound difference you hear probably has to do with the grill.

soundcore 3 is better, more clear, more feature, more battery, but soundcore 2 sound louder (I will rebuy the 2 no matter what)

completely forgot about this comment. They honestly sound pretty much the same. If you hear a difference, it's probably a placebo effect. I kept thinking one was better than the other, but the one that was better was switching between the soundcore 3 and select 2. Neither of them have a very strong low base response, look at the $60 soundcore boost for that.

The select 2 is better. Soundcore 3 has longer battery life (24hr), better treble but weak bass. Select 2 has shorter battery life (20hr), balanced treble but more powerful bass.

No. The Soundcore 3 doesn't have a stereo mode in the first place
