Nice clean and "clear" review keep it up! just no distracting background music, good to take in all that's being said attentively... But on the Flip side one thing though I like my speakers big and powerful enough to blow my neighbours roof off!! lol
I apologize on the late reply. Unfortunately, my battery testing leaves a lot to be desired. So, I don’t have exact numbers for you. And since I don’t use this device often enough I haven’t figured it out naturally. But what I can say is most battery specs I’ve seen on tech products across the board (other than laptops) tends to be pretty darn close. In the case of something like this could probably go 1 - 2 hours either way (18 - 22 hours) depending on strength of connection (weaker is going to use more battery) and how loud, and bluetooth type (so if you both have the most modern bluetooth it will use less battery over an older device with a older type of bluetooth)
Outside of trying to reconnect/repair I don't have any solutions for you. As sometimes it depends on the device you are connected to and if supports the right bluetooth codec to sync or not.
I haven't tried the Soundcore 3. So I can't tell you for sure. But it appears the Soundcore 3 may have slightly better sound but the Select 2 is newer and has more features (like NFC and can be paired to other devices). So depends on your use case. I don't know a lot about Anker but it looks like the Select 2 replaced the Soundcore 3. But I could be totally wrong about that.
The only thing that MAY work but I doubt it would be a USB-C to aux cable. That's the only thing I can think of. Otherwise you could get another Bluetooth device that has an aux port, plug it into that, and then plug in the aux cord. lol
@@ThomasMuehler I have the option to buy anker Soundcore icon and Soundcore select 2. As I'm a guitar player, I want a speaker so that i can output the music from my laptop to the speaker and for that to be possible the speaker must have an aux input. I know that the icon has one but it doesn't has options like the select 2; 20 hours playtime, and 16 watts. My budget is 50 dollars you see, and the select 2 is on sale, ( price after sale=2000)
No, it does not. The only way I think that could work is if FM radio can be played on your phone. Which I'm not sure is a thing or not as I never listen to the radio. Or if you have a device that has bluetooth that connects to a radio.
@@ThomasMuehler@1:12 you said nobody reads the bottom of the speaker. "This device receives interference...(paraphrase)" I'm a nerd, too. I build amateur radios, and that little disclaimer has saved my butt when I key up my amplifier and people think the Devil is in their surround sound.

You're right what was I thinking. Script writing, marketing, videography, editing, SEO, delivering a script, lighting, staying on top of emails, comments, video calls, meetings, managing my own schedule, creating a brand, etc... isn't actual work. I must have forgotten. My UA-cam channel, which I do on the side, takes FAR more work than my actual professional job. But you continue looking down at me from your pedestal. Hope the view is nice from up there. Also, I'm sorry you feel the need to instantly thumbs down a video before you've even seen it. Sounds incredibly limiting. As a review can still be objective and and honest about their opinions even if they got the product for review or have affiliate links. Personally, I like reviews where people have tried a ton of products as they have a better baseline of what is good and what is bad. I also believe those people should be rewarded for the hard work they put into their videos and allow them to buy more products for my viewing pleasure which is done though affiliate links. I also find it unreasonable for people to buy a plethora of products and make professional reviews for free. As that model is simple impossible to maintain monetarily unless if you make a crazy amount of money from your primary "job".
@@ThomasMuehler lol, get real. you mofo's are an infestation on here when it comes to checking out reviews. there are like a dozen no bs reviewers. the rest are snake oilers.

i hope you still reply to this. Is the 20hr playtime claim were true?

Bluetooth has a input delay
Can you not partypair the select with another select?
No, you should be able to. But there is a very specific way of doing it and if you don't do it right you can run into problems.
