- In today's video, I go netting and fish trapping in a tiny creek to catch WILD exotic aquarium fish to put into my new fish tank! I ended up catching Mollys, tetras, freshwater stingrays, and tons of other cool aquarium fish! We noticed tons of fishing swimming into a hidden tunnel so we placed our trap there and ended up catching HUNDREDS of fish! We brought back all the cool fish to put into my fish tank as my new pets!

That bright red one is a cherry barb!! I bred those before on accident, they drop eggs like crazy when happy. The mystery fish were either "lampeye tetra" or "head and tail light tetra".

Those tetra fish that you guys aren’t able to identify are called RED EYED TETRAS. I love your videos. I look forward to them so much, especially when I’m sick in bed recovering from chemo.

Cherry Barb is the red one.
Head &Taillight Tetras are the mystery Tetras.
The stripey ones are Bluefin Killifish. Native.
The long finned one is hard to tell, but it looks like a Danio of some sort.
And cherry barbs are native to sri Lanka 🇱🇰

that mystery fish with the long tail you caught at the end is a species Danio. I have a plain one in my own tank, along with a striped one! You can also get spotted ones ^^

If you're having a bad time with water bugs and leeches, maybe it's time to invest in a set of waders like fly fishermen wear. Keeps your lower half dry and ick free. ;)

Cherry barbs are dope. The females are much more of a yellow/orange/golden color. Rosey barb was cool too. Ya'll should rake out all the weeds in a deeper area in that creek and come back with more traps.

What is amazing about this video is the pure reactions of joy. I wish my creek has such a cool variety. All I caught so far is a crayfish and common minnows.

My favorite fish that you caught, was the silver Danio. Could you please bring a large canister of generic tetra flakes for the newly caught to get a full belly of food?

Beautiful area, region, landscape like from old times, fairytales.
If you had hip waders.... :) No water bugs, no leeches on your legs, feet. And that concrete tray would still be a great place to dump the weeds to sort out fish. The other pipe is perfect for the minnow trap. Just saying. No correction needed, a giant danio. Giant danios are great dither fish in african cichlid tanks. Red mystery fish is a cherry barb. The one with the yellow tail looked like a rainbow or a long fin pearl danio (hard to tell.)
The giant water beetles are wicked with a bad attitude. Just for more terror, they fly too. We called them palmeto bugs back in the 70's.
