I am nearly one year into learning the 108 move form, I found the frequent change of view quie disconcerting. Was this to stop people trying to' learn' from this video?
There are movements with more vertical stretching, though with the forward lean it stretches the back in most movements. Though I found that kind of stretching very forced and uncomfortable, taiji is supposed to be less external than that, with the stretching coming through relaxation and natural expansion of tissues rather than extending the body in such a way with external force. White crane spreads wings when done with relaxation will stretch you vertically nicely though (as seen at 1:06)
I agree. It was difficult to follow because of the frequent changes of perspective

As a demonstration of stretching in a lateral way this is beautiful, can you stretch up and down? That's what I'm working on right now.

PEACE BE WITH YOU
This is a set of taichi-inspired exercises. It is not taichi.
This is the full 108 moves, of Fung Lok Tai Chi, as taught and demonstrated by Master Moy Lin Shin.
@@garymcrae2875 I know that. It's also a rip-off of Yang style long form.
Gee wizz it sounds like you are one smart fella.@nicholasarrow2443
@@nicholasarrow2443 I do agree that it is a modification of the Yang Long Form, not something that was "developed" by the Taoists.
