Thank you for the walkthrough! Quick question: is there any way to get to the pot nuts without peeling off the face plates? I was thinking of dremeling the holes larger, so the nut is permanently accessible for potential future repairs. Have you seen anyone else do that?
Youre welcome! Great question. We thought about it and its best to remove the fascia plate. We can have all plates off in about 3 minutes flat. Clean the fascia plate sticky side with hot soapy water, rinse and dry. And you should be able to reuse the sticky side. If not, apply double sided tape along borders.
Oh no... I started the process without knowing how actually complex it is. Now I don't know how to remove the nuts from 1:12. I'm lacking a tool probably. Could you give me a pointer please? Thank you! The phones jack is acting up, as well as the tempo faders (need to calibrate them all the time) so I thought maybe a cleanup could help.

My jog wheel on the right has gotten stiff still work on the software but it's alil harder to do some scratches wat cud be the issue??? I try contacting native instrument no response?🤷
The jog wheel (mini disc) top plate can be removed by the following steps: 1. lightly push down and turn clockwise, just the plate while holding the jog wheel side. This will unlock the plate. You can flip the entire unit over and it should fall out, or you can try to lift it out of the jog wheel. 2. To install. Line up the notches on plate to jog wheel. Hold jog wheel and rotate plate counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.
