even though im not a doctor and im a young teenager (lol), coming from someone who has bad anxiety, it may be due to change and anxiety, because trust me, NO ONE likes change or new things, some people take it easy, some people will have a harder time and that's okay! i hope the BEST for Autumn and you :D

Unfortunately I know how hard it is to have toenail fungus. I tried all medications for my toenail fungus (including the oral medication) and nothing helped. The only thing that cured mine was complete toenail removal. It hurts the two to three days and then it’s okay. If things get too bad with her toenails consider this as an option. Maybe a Friday afternoon after school and have her skip Monday school. Her nails should be okay by Tuesday with just a bandaid over it.

Autumns like me I like to decorate the cookies and then take the decorations off and just eat the wonderful cookie your daughter reminds me of me we can do anything she says a precious precious person thank you Mom and Dad for teaching her all the things you teach her because the more she learns when she's young the easier her life will be and she has so much fun cooking if she needs diapers it's okay because when we grown ups get older sometimes we have to wear diapers too so I say that that's all that she needs a little help in and she can't remember I'm all for diapers I can't remember some things either and I have a learning disability so autumn you're on my side you're a wonderful wonderful beautiful young lady you dress beautiful you cook beautiful you got a beautiful smile and if that's all that's upsetting your mom right now Mom I know your heart is broken but don't let it break your heart diapers

I honestly could see the look of defeat on your face when you were talking about Autumn’s accidents, but this certainly isn’t your fault and it isn’t Autumn’s fault either. This is just one of those things, and I know it’s frustrating but things will get better. She was completely trained once before and she will be again!

Maybe try getting a pill grinder so anytime she hast to take pills, you can just put it in her food and drink and she might not notice it

aww that's looks like fun but I have a question and I don't want to sound mean about it but why is your husband hard on autumn? I understand that you both want her to learn and do things for herself but I love how you are so patient with her when you want her to do something or at least to get her to listen im not trying to be mean or rude about how you parent autumn but I do notice that your more patient with her than your husband is and when your other sons are around he's not so hard on them like he is with autumn it doesn't make sense to me and when he took her iPad away isn't that her communication device? or something she plays and watches videos on?

I see now that you are. I just find that odd. You are a mother to a daughter with Down syndrome. You fight for people to see her worth and most people with Down syndrome die from abortion because people don’t think they deserve to be born and think they are a burden on society. People use disability as reason that abortions are needed. That’s your daughter. If the abortion industry had their way people with Down syndrome would be eradicated.
