How do you know this incident is authentic. You talk like Shia, you smell like Shia and then you deny that you are not Shia. Why you had to add this sentence at the end. Highly suspecting for sure. Present any Hadith Scholar worth His salt who denies this hadith to be authentic. Also, I'm not a shia, nor a sunni, I prefer to be called a Muslim, because that's what Prophet Muhammad SAWW was. If these hadiths are not part of our deen then you should take that matter up with the Imams who gathered those hadiths since you claim to know better than those scholars. Sahl said: There was no name dearer to `Ali than Abu Turab (for it was given to him by the Prophet himself) and he felt delighted when he was called by this name. He (the governor) said to him: Narrate to us the story of his being named as Abu Turab. He said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to the house of Fatima and he did not find `Ali in the house; whereupon he said: Where is your uncle's son? She said: (There cropped up something) between me and him which had annoyed him with me. He went out and did not rest here. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked a person to find out where he was. He came and said: Allah's Messenger, he is sleeping in the mosque. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to him and found him lying in the mosque and saw that his mantle had slipped from his back and his back was covered with dust and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) began to wipe it away from him (from the body of Hadrat `Ali) saying: Get up, covered with dust (Abu Turab); get up, covered with dust.

This is illogical to say because Hassan voted for Moawia, so he endorsing his khilafa. FoA, Hassan gave vote to Moawia to stop the bloodshed, also he was not militarily strong enough to challenge Moawia. He lived for 4 more days and could have made those statements repeatedly if he wanted to. Also Ali was present in that room on that thursday and did not give the prophet the paper and pen he requested. Ali himself gave bayah to all caliphs before him and lived under their rule. Ali never claimed to be a divine imam who can see the future or had ilm e ghaib or other special qualities. He was nothing more than a great sahabi of the prophet, his brother/cousin, his son in law and the 4th caliph of islam. It is British ruler in occupied India , Instructed to Mirza Ghulam ahmed to announce that he is a Prophet. Then it mean Mirza Ghulam Ahmed is the prophet of that religion whose god were British Ruler in India. Muslims are only called to those who submits to the will of Allah (s.w.t) and hence follow or have faith or belief in "Tauheed" and "Risalat", If any one misses to have faith on any one out of these two, does not comes under the fold of Islam, meaning he is not the follower of Islam , in other word he is not a muslim. Tauheed means to accept and follow only one Creator (God) that is Allah. Risalat means Muhammad (saw) is the last Prophet of Islam and no one else going to come after him as a Prophet of Allah. As for Muʻaawiyah's remark, “We are more rightful to be a Caliph than he and his father,” it does not imply an insult for Ibn ʻUmar . Rather, it indicates that Muʻaawiyah believed himself worthier of the Caliphate because he held that the candidate who is more rightful to be a Caliph should be the one endowed with the greater share of strength, soundest judgment, most abundant knowledge, and not the one who has embraced Islam first and is endowed with a greater share of religiosity and devotion in worship. This is why he remarked that he was more rightful to be a Caliph than Ibn ʻUmar. However, Ibn ʻUmar held otherwise; he maintained that leadership of a less eligible candidate for the Caliphate is not accepted in case a more eligible one is available unless it would incur fitnah (dissension and conflicts).
"They refrain from delving into the disputes that occurred between the Companions and say, 'These narrations that have been reported concerning their faults have in them some that are false, some that have had things added to them, some that have had parts omitted from them, and the original indication of some has been altered. As for those narrations that are authentic (concerning their faults), then they (the Companions) are excused (and forgiven) - they practiced ijtihaad (personal reasoning) and were either correct or wrong. Furthermore, they do not believe that each of the Companions is infallible and free from committing major or minor sins. Rather, they may commit sins in general, however, they possess from precedence and virtues that which necessitates that they be forgiven for whatever (sins) they commit - if they did commit any. This is even to the point that they will be forgiven for evil deeds the likes of which those who come after them will not be forgiven for. This is because they possess good deeds that wipe out the evil deeds, the likes of which will not be for those after them.' It is established that the Prophet, sallallaahu ʻalayhi wa sallam, stated that they are the best of generations and that if one of them were to give a mudd (handful) of gold in charity, it would be better than if someone who came after them were to give the whole of Mount Uhud in gold. And if it was the case that one of them committed a sin, then either he repented from it, performed some good deed that wiped it out, or he will be forgiven for it due to the virtue of his precedence or because of the intercession of Muhammad, sallallaahu ʻalayhi wa sallam, of which the Companions are more deserving. Perhaps he was tested by some affliction in this worldly life, by which it was expiated from him. So if this is with respect to the sins that were actualized (by them), then what about the matters in which they did ijtihaad? If they were correct, then they will have two rewards, and if they were incorrect, then they will have just one reward and their error will be forgiven. Furthermore, the few bad deeds committed by some of them are slight in comparison to their virtues and good qualities, such as their belief in Allaah and His Messenger, their jihaad for His Cause, their migration, their support (of the Religion), as well as their beneficial knowledge and good deeds.” [Al-'Aqeedah Al-Waasitiyyah]

"Mu`awiyah came on one of his pilgrimages and Sa`d entered upon him. They mentioned `Ali, and Mu`awiyah criticized him. Sa`d became angry and said: 'Are you saying this of a man of whom I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "If I am a person's close friend, `Ali is also his close friend." And I heard him say: "You are to me like Harun was to Musa, except that there will be no Prophet after me." And I heard him say: "I will give the banner today to a man who loves Allah and His Messenger."

Present any Hadith Scholar worth His salt who denies this hadith to be authentic. Also, I'm not a shia, nor a sunni, I prefer to be called a Muslim, because that's what Prophet Muhammad SAWW was. If these hadiths are not part of our deen then you should take that matter up with the Imams who gathered those hadiths since you claim to know better than those scholars. Sahl said: There was no name dearer to `Ali than Abu Turab (for it was given to him by the Prophet himself) and he felt delighted when he was called by this name. He (the governor) said to him: Narrate to us the story of his being named as Abu Turab. He said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to the house of Fatima and he did not find `Ali in the house; whereupon he said: Where is your uncle's son? She said: (There cropped up something) between me and him which had annoyed him with me. He went out and did not rest here. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked a person to find out where he was. He came and said: Allah's Messenger, he is sleeping in the mosque. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to him and found him lying in the mosque and saw that his mantle had slipped from his back and his back was covered with dust and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) began to wipe it away from him (from the body of Hadrat `Ali) saying: Get up, covered with dust (Abu Turab); get up, covered with dust.

Hassan was never forced. He could have refused and gone to war even if he was all alone. But he knew muawiya was fit to rule and was a muslim, thats why he had no problem giving bayah to muawiya. Muawiya is not responsible for the actions of his son. Allah will not ask muawiya about yazid just like he wont ask you about your father or your son.

The prophet was not going to write the name of Ali as a caliph on that paper as the shia claim. He lived for 4 more days and could have made those statements repeatedly if he wanted to. As for Muʻaawiyah's remark, “We are more rightful to be a Caliph than he and his father,” it does not imply an insult for Ibn ʻUmar . Rather, it indicates that Muʻaawiyah believed himself worthier of the Caliphate because he held that the candidate who is more rightful to be a Caliph should be the one endowed with the greater share of strength, soundest judgment, most abundant knowledge, and not the one who has embraced Islam first and is endowed with a greater share of religiosity and devotion in worship. This is why he remarked that he was more rightful to be a Caliph than Ibn ʻUmar. However, Ibn ʻUmar held otherwise; he maintained that leadership of a less eligible candidate for the Caliphate is not accepted in case a more eligible one is available unless it would incur fitnah (dissension and conflicts).
"They refrain from delving into the disputes that occurred between the Companions and say, 'These narrations that have been reported concerning their faults have in them some that are false, some that have had things added to them, some that have had parts omitted from them, and the original indication of some has been altered. As for those narrations that are authentic (concerning their faults), then they (the Companions) are excused (and forgiven) - they practiced ijtihaad (personal reasoning) and were either correct or wrong. Furthermore, they do not believe that each of the Companions is infallible and free from committing major or minor sins. Rather, they may commit sins in general, however, they possess from precedence and virtues that which necessitates that they be forgiven for whatever (sins) they commit - if they did commit any. This is even to the point that they will be forgiven for evil deeds the likes of which those who come after them will not be forgiven for. This is because they possess good deeds that wipe out the evil deeds, the likes of which will not be for those after them.'
It is established that the Prophet, sallallaahu ʻalayhi wa sallam, stated that they are the best of generations and that if one of them were to give a mudd (handful) of gold in charity, it would be better than if someone who came after them were to give the whole of Mount Uhud in gold. And if it was the case that one of them committed a sin, then either he repented from it, performed some good deed that wiped it out, or he will be forgiven for it due to the virtue of his precedence or because of the intercession of Muhammad, sallallaahu ʻalayhi wa sallam, of which the Companions are more deserving. Perhaps he was tested by some affliction in this worldly life, by which it was expiated from him. So if this is with respect to the sins that were actualized (by them), then what about the matters in which they did ijtihaad? If they were correct, then they will have two rewards, and if they were incorrect, then they will have just one reward and their error will be forgiven. Furthermore, the few bad deeds committed by some of them are slight in comparison to their virtues and good qualities, such as their belief in Allaah and His Messenger, their jihaad for His Cause, their migration, their support (of the Religion), as well as their beneficial knowledge and good deeds.” [Al-'Aqeedah Al-Waasitiyyah]

Where does the verse say he spoke "face to face"? It says directly but as the Bible says and the criterion of truth the Quran confirms Allah swt spoke through a flaming bush, ie. a veil. Moses heard the voice of Allah but wasn't and cannot be in the physical presence of Allah.
