Wouldn't it be quicker to just use the the loader into the skip?

No because the cycle time of one load with the loader to the dumpster is about 30-45 seconds per bucket load. With this method, you can fit 10-12 loads into the buggy and then dump the buggy. Just going to the dumpster with the skid steer would take 5-6 minutes while this is 3-4 minutes.
Then imagine if the dumpster is a few hundred feet away and the cycle time per bucket load is 2-3 minutes.
