Couldnt agree with you more oomen guy ! with the help of that program gives me motivation to achieve higher jumps and stunts. And now, I can stand under the rim and dunk basketball with 2hands. I recommend this program to all who aspires higher jumps! definitely is one of the best!_
2:28 reminds me of myself. Everyone is great hitters yes, but he is so explosive when he goes to hit. It makes him stand out and hit harder than them all
Not going to lie, these guys really dont seem all that great for college. Granted its why he was on the Junior Olympics, but we had a high school kid just as short but literally spiking straight down too. Their overall play was probably not as great by a long run, but just hitting lines is no block and perfect set (for the most part) And thats all they had..

Throttle Happy false, many guys here are tall and have really impressive verticals. Look at stats before you assume that because you're not tall
