Decent service provided for my Ford Aspire till last week from MCP Ford, thrissur. Two months ago they replaced outside rear view mirror set under warranty because of its mirror adjustment motor failure
Same for my ecosport at kairali ford tvm done 50k kilometre service this week changed all filters and the breakpads Onmorning they took the vehicle and they delivered it on evening overall i am satisfied
Avinya, Ace EV, Range Rover Sport. TATA Just rocked last weeks.

Just one difference of opinion, being a 50+ guy to whom XUV was a new dream“THING” of our times, fully packed with more features than any other like compatriot, it still commands road presence and not in consonance with your passing reference of “more of a crossover stuff”…. (strictly personal feelings though -agreed - and probably proof of getting out dated …right? 😜)

Ford at present no service issue...Previous week i serviced ma Ford ecosport @ kairali Ford tcr (50,000 plus km)
Me too 39 km's did the regulation 50 km's.. Service is excellent @ Plvtm
All over now it's ROAD WORK going on!! ROAD SPACE is very less ,you know what ! SUV is going to RULE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
Done the 80k service for my 2015 ford figo tdci. Service was done at Malabar Ford, kozhikode. Had replaced a major component in HVAC costing around 11k rs. There was no delay in service. Car was in the service centre for only two days. Had a word with a person there, they told since they're doing decent volume they don't plan to close the SC anytime soon. I visited the ford SC the next day after I took my nexon EV from Tatamotors SC. One among these service centres was very hectic with no proper communication with the customer. You can guess which one it was😉
I had a horror experience with Ford service centre near Vytilla, Ernakulam. Took more than 3 weeks for some regular parts.

If i owned a Ford service centre how long can I sustain servicing only ford vehicles.. generally people tend to service their vehicles outside authorised stations after 5-6 years.. and with no new Ford vehicles coming into market things will eventually get difficult i feel.. why would somebody keep their service centre only for Ford without any growth potential
