From what I heard the shoe should have an overall fit before hit molding and not too tight. The heatmoulding is to fine tune the fit but not to make a too small shoe bigger.Does that match your experience?
I have a minor bunyon on the inner part of my left foot. The tub area of this shoe rubs a bit in that spot. My question is, during the heat molding process, any idea how much pushing out (in terms of millimeters) with the end of the screwdriver will the shoe/carbon take?
We don't have an exact answer, for us it was an iterative process. You just need to make sure the shoe is still warm as you hold some pressure to the spot your want to adjust. Once it cools down you'll need to test and repeat. You should be able to feel the difference after a few tries.
Keep at it, enjoying your videos

Can 2nd hand bont be bake again or only for the 1st time?
You can bake it as many times as you want. For me, doing the baking process a few times in a row helps to get the perfect fit.
How do you clean your vaypor s reflex
As far as I understand the shoes are supposed to be heat molded on a cookie pan and not on the raw oven shelves
Good point, a tray would probably help distribute the heat.
