The hurricane is what we went through that day.
The sun in the end is a symbol of that as well because it happened in sunrise. And the tree is one of the trees from the party area where 260 people were murdered.
The dancing is a notion to the party as well and our slogan “we will keep on dancing”.
This is a very special one for us.

This songs represent the pain the Israelis endured October 7th, where thousands were slaughtered and 400 were kidnapped. Israel is still bleeding as we still have 132 hostages in captivity. Her sitting alone in the sofa, you can see the railroad in front, represent the hostages in Hamas tunnels. The dancers are the Nova festival victims, which later on begin dancing, meaning “we will dance again”. The hole in her shirt is a bullet in the heart. The sun in the background represents the 6:30 am time when the massacre began.

Countries that participate are members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBC). And there are countries not in Europe that participate. Israel is one of them. Including Australia, in later years. Wow eurovision is huhe. But to sumurize: its song compition haapning evrey year arond may. It start in 1956. Basicly each country( mostly in europe but also some that sre notl send artist( could be solo, band, etc..) with original song. There 2 semi final and final. And the voting go via public bot and jury vote. You can vote to other countries , but not to your osn cuntry. Its amazing show ,

It hasn't been an amazing show for decades. It used to be good though. Back when it was still a SONG contest rather than an "image" contest. That is why songs from those years still stand whereas nowadays the music is completely forgettable and consequently very quickly completely forgotten. They were dancing and in a second they became like an uprooted tree... The hurricane on October 7 struck and uprooted what was loved and dear, forever dividing people into two worlds, and now they will not meet again. No matter how many times I listen to this song, I cry. There is so much incredibly strong pain in the song, which is difficult to express in words and which bursts into the heart like a hurricane and tears at the soul. The first part of the vidio shows what did happen and the second one shows how did it happen. All the song is such a painful screem of the heart and a wish of this heart to share this pain with some one, but alredy knowing that it will not give some calmness and will not bring back these who dead...
