Hi Azim, are you making achar for your upcoming wedding 😊, i love achar,i make in the summer to last all year, its a long process eh! good with the food though, your's looked authentic, enjoy!
Chatney, achar is the cut up mango.
So the wedding is near Azim, They making kuchela for the wedding.
Anchar masala is already pached before they grind it. So you just have to mix it in the mango

A lot of work 😂
thanks for sharing .. I notice the Mustard Oil in the US has a label "For External Use Only" - So should we be eating it? I found this -- Why Mustard Oil Is Labeled "For External Use Only" Despite mustard oil’s popularity in some parts of the world, the sale of it in the United States for edible purposes is prohibited, and bottles of mustard oil must be sold with labels that indicate "For External Use Only." The obvious question that comes to mind, and one that people often ask me, is this: "Well, if it’s okay for folks in India, why can’t we cook and consume it here? Indians have been cooking with it for centuries, and they’re fine." Mustard oil also contains irritating isothiocyanates, a natural chemical compound. That explains why mustard oil sold in the western world would have the words "for external use only" on the label.
So does marked edible and for preserving? 😮
