    Hola everybody! In the bottom right hand corner of the video you have a little wheel, the settings. Choose the option ''Speed'' and change it to your needs. I saw the video in 0.25 on the parts where I wanted to see details. Just mute the music cause it's gonna drive you nuts haha!

    Been looking thru vids showing how to do what you just did...well...2 years ago..lol... for the past 45 minutes and yours is THEE BEST as far as how the finished product looks , so I want to give you a big THANK YOU for this video! Your shade turned out beautiful. The LAST thing I want to do is put one of these together with hot glue! LMAO o_O UGH, it's soooo OVER RATED. I'm looking forward to getting started on mine!! So once again, thank YOU so much for your great instructions and especially your finesse and attention to detail.
    And please..... use that pin cushion to secure those pins with kitty around!! :( And don't forget that cats and kids have strangled themselves, sadly, on those cords that are tied together at the end, so be sure to wrap it up nice and secure around that cleat and don't let any hang down. . Sorry..I just had to give you some of my Motherly advice. My cats are my babies..gotta watch em every minute!!

    Thank you so much for posting this video! It was hard to see the plastic rings. Are they the one inch plastic rings? Are they sewn to the outside of the shade, on the edge, or on the back? Checked that part twice, but was going to fast for me to catch that part.

    • @Handyverse
      @Handyverse  6 років тому +2

      They are half inch rings and are only tacked on by hand to the back or "outside" of the blind. They are simply guides for the pull string to pass through. I hope that helps. If you have any more questions, just let us know.

    Question for clarfication. After one puts the lining on the fabric and sews the edges the next step is to fold the edge (good fabric on itself). Does the entire side get stitched again after pinning? Is it over the firs stitching? Is the seam a half inch? I understand all the rest of the video except this step and have pulled out stitching twice. I am talking about the step after sewing the lining and fabric together so that it wraps around. Thank you.

    • @Handyverse
      @Handyverse  5 років тому

      Hi Tracey. So sorry we didnt get to your comment sooner. How are you making out? I see in the video where this is a bit unclear. You sew the horizontal side (shorter side) in 1/2 inch to close one end of your blind not the length side. You only sew that side the one time and it sound like you already did that step. Let us know if you are still stuck at handyverse@gmail.com. Send a pic. Good luck!

      +Pari B thanks. I seem to be feeling the colour yellow lately. Nothing fancy, it's just from the local fabric store.

    It's ok doing fast forward but I had to stop watching as the camera moving around so fast was making me feel dizzy. Why the need for speed up?
