    A nice and quick flow to end my day ✨Namaste! I would love to see a meditation or guided Savasana, as well as maybe a sports routine (Like a "A week in my workout-life" haha) :))
    P.S: I really like the "toe-taps" ab exercise, I didn't knew about it and it was really nice to change things up a little.
