The reason the pub was called 'The Sparking Plug' was because the pub at the location (In Radcliffe, near Bolton) was called 'The Sparking Clog', I imagine it was just convenient to use a garage related pun in the renaming.

Brilliant episode. Loved the A-Team theme. I was a huge fan of that as a kid. I'm actually surprised Peter never made a magnet and steel tv show. He missed a trick there.
There is a Middlewood (a different one) which is a suburb of Sheffield. It used to be the location of a hospital for those with mental health issues - now long since closed down.
Wish there were more episodes, funny as anything this lmao ! "Brown Girl In The Ring" on the radio 🤣Look at the reg of the camper, BOL IOX ( bollocks ) 😂...Angel delight is a fruit flavoured powder you mix with milk, whisk and put in the fridge, like a mousse, used to have it in the 70s for afters.
I'm 6' 2" and I was dating a woman who was 4' 10" at the time this episode aired. She wasn't a dwarf or a midget, she was just short. I watched this episode with friends so you can imagine the verbal jabs I took similar to what Max went through!
Ah, it's just jealousy (and curiosity)! I'm 6'6" & 18 stone (I also used to be a bouncer - seriously 😅) and I once dated a girl who was 5' tall & 7 stone with her heaviest boots on! The love of my life is only 5'2". People wonder how it works, but opposites really do attract sometimes. 😉

I watch your posts because I want to come to terms with my mental trauma. It's about beneficial and therapeutic exposure. But I find it makes it worse. 😄
Guys cmon, I love yis, but sometimes slagging each other is a little toooooooo much. I do love it though when Lucy has a quip, straight from her heart, and you laugh your ass off Brad. Lucy, I could be wrong but you must be a Leo, and Brad as much as I respect your kind heart and lovely soul you must be more celebratory of the woman you have on your arm. She’s sensitive, thoughtful, loving, kind, honest, funny. All you got to do is love her for who she is in her heart. But you know that, I know you know that, you are a great couple so so show us that, be vulnerable, be real be Brad and Lucy ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It was general "Bull" Fulbright. Shot at the end of season 4 by a viet cong soldier.
